The property has a driveway with a private gate for two vehicles as well as street parking available-- a huge plus for summertime in this popular San Diego beachside suburb. This property is within walking distance (3 minutes or less) of not only the beach but many popular restaurants, bars, coffee/ice cream shops, Garnet street shopping, and a grocery store! Our neighborhood is quiet but close to fun so we ask our renters to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors who live in the area year around. The house was built in the 1950's when Pacific Beaches' palm tree lined streets were made of sand so it has an old feel charm which we LOVE!
