This spacious 4-bedroom 3.5-bathroom home is the perfect layout for two families to enjoy. Enter the house through a cozy courtyard where you can listen to the birds while enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. Just inside the front door is one of the two family rooms. This room will take you back in time and give you things to talk about as you check out the old artifacts on the shelves. This is a great room to put on the game on the 65 TV while shooting a game of pool or playing a little foosball. There is also a perfect table and plenty of cards for a game of poker or a family board game. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes for 12 people. The dining room table has space for 8 people. This home has 3 large bedrooms and an office that has been converted into a kid's room. The three large bedrooms all have their own private bathrooms allowing plenty of privacy and space to spread out. The laundry room is just off the kitchen area and is also the half bathroom. Across the hall from that is the kids room. The kids room has twin bunk beds and a twin trundle for a total of 4 twin beds. Just at the end of this hallway is the first of the master bedrooms with a king bed and a love seat.
