The neighbors all have our phone number and if they call us to complain about any noise issues or excessive people arriving we will kick you out immediately (HomeAway does allow hosts to remove guests who do not follow our published house rules.) We require the names of all of the registered guests upon booking. There are to be no overnight guests not originally registered for the booking.brbrNo Smoking:brPlease note, this is strictly a non-smoking rental. If you are a smoker this may not be the right place for you. You may NOT smoke inside or outside on the patio (and yes, this includes Marijuana). It looks like it's almost unanimous (5 Stars)! brbrThis is a great location and a good place to barbecue and relax... only 2 properties from the sand. brbrSleeps 5 comfortably or 6 with 2 couples and 2 small kids.. You'll love the front deck with a little view of sand and water with 6 seater gas Fire-pit dining table and all-weather wicker couch. Note* fire isn't working as it corroded underneath and is unsafe to use. Hoping to get it repaired but my contractor wasn't able to so we are working on finding parts. brbr2 bedrooms, 1 Cal King bed and one Queen beds, also a Queen sleeper in Sectional sofa (memory foam). brbr2 bathrooms; 1 full bath and an ensuite bath in the master bedroom. brbrAll bedding, linens, and furniture are good quality. It is clean, disinfected, and decorated nicely with very comfortable beds and furniture. We offer a lot, including all the beach necessities; beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys for kids, and beach cruiser bikes (sorry no small kids bikes). No need to pack much. brbrParking for one car in garage. Free parking on the street. The garage will fit a big SUV but not lifted extended bed trucks. brbrThe coin-operated laundry facilities are shared in the garage with an upstairs separate 1 bedroom unit. That's the only access they have to the house. They also have their own parking space and back entrance (their space is to the right of the garage). The tenant is very nice and keeps to himself so don't worry about your privacy. You probably won't even see him. brbrWe have a card table and 4 folding chairs in case you want to play games at night inside or if you happen to be there when it's raining (hopefully you won't have rain but it happens just not too often).brbrFree WIFI and Direct TV with all the apps you can sign into with our own account. brbrPlease only inquire if you are a small respectful group or family. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.brbrSan Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits. brbrDrugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage.
