This is a perfect family home in a great neighborhood with a green and tropical yard for the best of indoor/outdoor living. Wonderful house with a recently done custom kitchen and large open living area that leads to the backyard. Huge patio with TV and dining, gas fire pit and real wood fire pit, koi pond and lush jungle plants, 2 rooftop decks with ocean views, and just a really pleasant place to be a kid or a parent or a pet. Centrally located and close to everything.brbrWe are available and helpful but not indoor hair. We do send someone by on occasion to water plants and feed the fish and turtles.brbrThe whole house including the entire outdoor space and access to the garage. We do have some of our stuff in the garage though.brbrThis is our family home where we raise 2 energetic boys so it has some of our personal touch and a ton of action and activities for kiddos. The backyard is unique and fun with rooftop games, fire pits, rock climbing walls, basketball hoops, workout equipment multiple TVs and a beautiful landscape. The new rooftop deck has amazing sunset views over the ocean and bay. brbrThe house has 3 well-appointed bedrooms downstairs and the large custom kitchen, dining area and open living room that leads to the tropical yard. The upstairs has a large bonus room that we use as a TV room (projector) and office but can be set up as a bedroom as well for a 4th sleeping room. There is also a patio from the bonus room with a bay and ocean view (now mostly neglected cause the new rooftop deck is way better).
