Perfect beach house with ocean views and sounds, yet not directly on the boardwalk. Well maintained and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and lots of beach items provided - didnt need to bring, buy or rent anything! Close to lots of restaurants, enjoyed Belmont Park, and easy access to all San Diego activities and beyond. Great vacation!

House in great condition and well maintained

We had a great week at this property with our adult kids. The location was AWESOME with the beach and boardwalk steps away - lots of other activities and great restaurants close by as well, and it was very easy to drive to other sites around San Diego. We loved having the easy coded garage access (our rented minivan fit fine). The layout of the house was perfect for three couples, and we especially enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the rooftop deck while watching dolphins play in the surf. The kitchen is well equipped, including spices and some cooking essentials and there's a Ralph's grocery store just down the road. We did encounter a lot of fruitflies, but there were traps set out so we just kept our food well sealed. This was one of the more clean VRBOs we've stayed at. GREAT communication and easy instructions. Hope to visit again!

It was the perfect location, and we loved the upper deck!

Our stay at this beach house in San Diego was absolutely perfect! With a group of eight, including teenagers, little ones and elderly, this home had everything we needed and more. The teenagers especially loved having bikes to cruise around, and the rooftop loungers were a hit for their sun tanning sessions.The house is incredibly well maintained, with high-quality furniture and finishes that made it feel like a true home away from home. Having a full bathroom on every floor was a game changer for a large group—no waiting in line and plenty of space for everyone.Parking can be a nightmare on Mission Beach, but not here! We had no issues at all with our minivan and mid-size SUV, which was a huge relief. For the little kids, there were plenty of toys to keep them entertained, and for the adults who just wanted to relax, there were plenty of chairs and peaceful spots to unwind.If I had to nitpick, I would’ve loved better pillows—but I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a pillow snob. Overall, this place checked every box and then some. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a stress-free, fun-filled beach vacation

Very well kept. We enjoyed the whole house with our family. Nice short walk to the beach with excellent views of the beach. There were small fruit flies in the kitchen area. But great over all.

We have been coming to Mission Beach for 10 years now. Every summer we book a place for a week to enjoy. This house, by far, is the best one we've ever book. The house is beautiful. It's fully stocked with everything you need. This was the first time our kids got their own rooms and they loved it! The view from the top deck can't be beat, and the parking! Having a garage, and outside parking spot, in Mission Beach is something most other places can't give you. We're already planning out next summers vacation here!

We selected this property based on our own criteria checklist and the ratings. We hit the jack pot! Beautiful, spacious, wonderful ocean views and quick beach access plus all the things needed to enjoy the beach. The roof top deck was our favorite place to hang out in the morning and the evening. Easy walk to restaurants and shops ? And finally everything we came to see was a short drive - the Midway, Old Towne, La Jolla sea lions, Coronado Island, the zoo. Thank you to our hosts for this great intro to our Mission Beach experience and all the good times that came with it.

We emoted everything about this property. The room arrangements were great for our family of six. The kids loved being able to run down to the beach anytime. We liked the location of not being directly on the boardwalk for privacy, but close enough to the beach. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a great addition, as were the bikes. We had a great week!
