The condo offers a king size bed in the bedroom with 6 generous under bed storage drawers and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom vanity area has been remodeled with a new cabinet, granite countertop and under the counter rectangular sink. The tiled walk in shower sports a beach rock shower pan which is wonderful on your feet. There is a remodeled full kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, blender and Keurig and standard coffee maker- even a set of Henckel's knives for the discerning chef. The dining table has comfortable seating for 4. A 43” smart TV in the living room and a 32” TV in the bedroom help you unwind from a busy day watching shows in the cozy comfort of home. Wi-fi is provided too, of course. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom combine with ocean breezes to keep you comfortable and you can sleep with the relaxing sound of the surf. The lanai offers wonderful views of the ocean, Mission Bay and downtown San Diego with a table and chairs for your enjoyment. We also provide beach towels, boogie board, beach umbrella and beach chairs to make your vacation hassle free. There are 2 washers and dryers available (for a fee) in the upper garage for your convenience.brbrThe Boardwalk, just steps away on the ocean side, stretches for 3 miles from Law Street in North Pacific Beach to the south Mission Beach jetty. It provides a marvelous venue for biking, roller blading, jogging, and walking. Of course the beach is just on the other side of the boardwalk where you can soak up the sun or frolic in the surf. The condo is only one block from Mission Bay which also has a boardwalk around the Bay. There you can rent an assortment of water toys from the Aquatic Center like sailboats, stand up paddle boards, wind surfers or boats to enhance your vacation experience. At the end of the day, since Hale Makai is on the top floor of the tallest building in Mission Beach, you will be treated to breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific Ocean as you relax on the lanai. brbrHale Makai offers under building parking with a reserved space in a gated garage so no worries about finding a place to park. Plus the elevator is just steps from your parking space should you not want to climb stairs with your baggage or grocery purchases. But once you arrive you may not need to take your car out again since so many activities and restaurants are within walking distance. But if you have plans to go to Sea World, Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park or any of the other attractions in the San Diego area the condo is centrally located for exploring all the city has to offer. Belmont Park and its historic roller coaster is just down the boardwalk along with many other rides and amusement park offerings.
