The condo has been thoughtfully updated to create a stylish and comfortable beach getaway.

Relax in the living room, which features driftwood-style flooring, a custom rock accent wall with an electric mood fireplace, and a 65 smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen also boasts an unobstructed ocean view, making meal prep a true pleasure. The home includes a newly renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

As our guest, you will have private access to the entire condo. You will also have full access to the Capri by the Sea building amenities using a key fob. These shared amenities include:

• A stunning rooftop deck with 360° views, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and lounge seating.
• A heated community pool (kept at 80°F) and a relaxing hot tub.
• One dedicated parking space in the secure garage.
• Coin-operated laundry facilities conveniently located on your floor.

We are a professional management team and want to ensure you have a wonderful and private stay. We will not be present at the property, but we are available via phone, text, or app messaging if you need anything during your visit. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.

• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum. No arrivals on Independence Day (July 4).
Holidays: 5 night minimum. There are no arrivals on Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.

• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

    The view was amazing and the perfect size for two adults and our 8 year old son. Coffee is very well stocks. Toilet is very small which bothered my husband more than my son and me and there is no AC. We are from Texas so it took some time to get used to, but would stay again

    We stayed for two weeks and loved the apartment. The view is spectacular. The ocean changes constantly and we never tired of the view. The apartment was well-stocked with kitchenware and staples products needed to get settled in comfortably. Our one and only complaint was the living room sofa that is well-past its prime and was not comfortable to either sit on or stretch out. I hope that the owners or management company can replace this, as but for this we would return to this unit in a heartbeat. The unit is high tech, with Alexa available to control lights. There’s two big screen TV’s that are excellent. The Wi-Fi was easy to log into and worked great. The bedroom is fine, with ample closet space, bedding and a very comfortable mattress. The location is great - literally on the beach. The cement walk that goes past the front of the building is ideal and runs for miles. Excellent for sunrise or sunset (or anytime) walks or runs. We hope to return sometime soon - if the sofa is replaced.

    We were on the 10th floor and the view was fantastic. The unit was very well decorated and supplied us with everything need for the entire stay. Any of our questions or concerns were very promptly taken care of. This location was really in a perfect spot to easily get around San Diego and be on the beach

    Perfect place to stay in Pacific Beach. Loved the beachfront view from the 10th floor. Great pool next door. Beach towels and chairs were so nice to have. We loved walking the boardwalk and walking to restaurants. Overall excellent stay!
