Oceanfront South Mission Beach Vacation Rental on the Sand 2737

Great location

This property was perfect! Just steps to the beach. I loved the patio out back, we used the fire pit every night and watched the sun set. We ran into a little hiccup with the water heater and the owner was very quick to respond and took care of the problem right away. We loved this house and will be coming back!

The location was good. Parking is a big plus. Just don’t bring too big of vehicle. The area had lots of restaurants and food shopping options. Lots to do in a short drive or walk. The place needs some TLC.

We felt very safe. The beach was so easy to get to for our 3 small grandchildren.

Great location with views of the ocean and steps from the boardwalk. A bit of an odd layout as the front door opens to a bathroom!?!?! Comfortable beds, big bathrooms. Needs a little TLC and some effort with decor. Dining room table is very wobbly - on its last legs. Easier access to WiFi password would be nice and investment in an upgrade to see out but not see in window tinting would make guests not in a fish bowl. And a screen off living room would have been nice as fresh air flies. Bottom line- felt overpriced for what is was. With minimal investment from owner could be worth the ask.

Perfect location, we really enjoyed our stay! Easy check in and great communication with host. Lots of beach toys and lounge stuff. Very comfortable beds and a quick walk to food and fun. Perfect beach location and beautiful view. Would definitely book again!

This house was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The home was steps from the beach and very close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Halfway through our stay we had a minor issue with a broken key and the hosts quickly responded and provided us a back up key. We had a wonderful trip.

The house was well equipped, communication was great and the beach views were amazing! Parking spaces are a little tight if you have a larger vehicle definitely doable.

It was a beautiful week spent at South Mission Beach. We loved the house and had friends staying next door which was perfect! The location is ideal. The house was clean and pictured as furnished. We enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you!

The place was so peaceful, right on the beach as shown in the pictures. Will book again when looking for a beach house.

Amazing views! Food is just a short walk up the boardwalk, and there's not a lot of foot traffic by the house.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was great. Perfect location on the beach. Near restaurants and Belmont park. Owner was great to work with. So friendly. Very well stocked with everything we needed.

Perfect location with great views and access to the Pacific. House is well equipped and bedroom/bathrooms were great. Drawbacks: Pictures did not show the 16-step stairway to the bedrooms (fortunately the 3 seniors along had no problem with that). No written instructions in the house for important contacts or information about equipment, check-out procedures, or maybe hints about the area. That being said we had a wonderful time and overall, the house was much more than adequate for having a great time!

This place was amazing, perfect view of the ocean with no obstruction, a little quieter since is further down so not as much traffic, beds were comfy and place was as described and clean! Plenty of parking which is rare in Mission Beach, fit a truck and Wagoner! Some would think sharing the patio with another person there is plenty of room for both sides, this place was perfect!

The area was nice and calm at night. During the day it was active with many things to do. The rental was equipped with enough amenities for a comfortable stay.

It was our second year at the property and it met our expectations. good job!

Great location right on the beach and ocean. It was clean and updated. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and market. Rick was easy ti get a hold of and had no issues whatsoever. Will come back.

We had an amazing time getting out of the hot temps of Tucson. We enjoyed our time, were able to relax and enjoyed time with family and friends. Thank you again.
