This is the perfect vacation retreat, located on beautiful and relaxing Sail Bay/Mission Bay on the beach, walk to nearby restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A new market just opened a 2 minute walk.Better Buz Coffee a 2 minute walk. Located directly on the boardwalk you can walk or bike easily to anywhere in Pacific Beach or Mission Beach. There are numerous stores 2-3 minute walk from the property that rent bikes. We also have beach towels and chairs included. brbrThe 1 car parking space is on the ground floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and office on the second floor. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the third floor. Incredible views from the balconies of Sail Bay. This is not your typical beachy chic rental. We take pride in our unit and have furnished it with modern comfortable furniture. We even have an office area in the condo so you just have to hook your laptop and can work from the beach, if you need to. The bathrooms and kitchen have all been recently redone.
