Stayed Feb 12, 2026Host reached out the day after check in to see if we needed anything. That was appreciated!! Location was awesome. Wake up staring at the bay. A literal 2 minute walk to the ocean side boardwalk for a beautiful stretch to walk on. Perfect place to stay for a two-person getaway

Stayed Oct 18, 2025Washer and Dryer are not in the room, they are located outside and unable to be used from 10a-3p because the cleaning staff use them. The electricity went out when we tried using the microwave and the coffee maker at the same time. They did send an electrician and got it sorted, but not fixed, they told us not to use them both at the same time again. The A/C unit would spit out clumps of wet dust onto the bed and on us when sleeping. I don’t recommend you stay in the downstairs units. We had a very disrespectful group of people who were upstairs from us on our last day there. We reached out to the host twice and nothing was really done. We ended up leaving and staying in a hotel to get a nights sleepBefore our next day of travel. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Other than that I won’t stay with this group again.

Stayed Sep 29, 2025The stay was great! The house upon arrival was super clean and fresh, it was greatly appreciated. The view was a 10/10. Waking up to the water front was so relaxing. All the restaurants/ coffee/ and breakfast places were within walking distance, which was great! The distance to the beach side was a short walk across the street and didn't take long at all. My only recommendation is having the property provide either and bike or scooter to have as an option to go places. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Location is perfect, a nice quiet part of the bay (there is a volleyball court outside but generally only used in the afternoon). Sounds from other units can be heard but not unbearable. Bed is super comfy and views are exactly as described. Overall would absolutely stay again!

Stayed Feb 11, 2025I had another wonderfulstay at this beautiful studio condo! The highlight was definitely the stunning bay view – it's absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location couldn't be better, either – you're just steps away from restaurants and coffee shops, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area without going far. The agency was wonderful to work with (I worked with Kathy) – they were responsive, friendly, and made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. Everything was exactly as promised, and I felt taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic escape. Can't wait to come back!

Stayed Feb 6, 2025It was a great area. Unit needs a good cleaning especially bathroom windows. Towels low quality. Has musty smell which goes away quickly with doors open there are some structural issues with porch posts.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025Great little studio that has everything you need for a quiet getaway. Cooking utensils, laundry, small dining table, porch with patio furniture, and a comfy king bed. Easy check in and check out. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. Overall Great Stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place has one room, to include the bedroom, kitchen and a table and chairs. Bathroom is behind the kitchen wall. Great location, steps from Mission Bay beach. Perfect for a couple, close to shopping and Belmont Park. Negatives are insanely tight parking; they should only allow compact cars. Nothing else fits! It is impossible to get rid of your trash, as required by management, when a car is blocking access to the bins. We had a great time during our 4-day stay.
