There is also no lifeguard on duty and adult supervision of children on the property is required at all times.br• Please remove shoes inside the home (clean house slippers are provided for guest use in the basket located inside the closet by the front door).br• No moving / rearranging the furniture.br• No unplugging of the electronics like TV, Wi-Fi, lamps, Roku Sticks, etc.br• Do not unplug the hot tub/jacuzzi, kindly turn off the jets, lights, return temperature to 96-98 degrees, and put the cover on when not in use. If the hot tub is found without the cover, a fee will be charged.br• If WiFi/Modem/Router/Sync Module or Camera Equipment is tampered with causing a disruption with the system there will be a fee applied.br• Please do not leave doors/windows open when AC/heater is on.br• No mail / packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.br• No pre-checking bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)br• No pets allowed (service animals are welcome).br• No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and street parking)br• Please be sure to return the garage door opener to the house manual on the counter upon check-out, if it is lost, a $200 fee will be charged to get it replaced.br• If returning from the beach and there is a lot of sand, please rinse outside using the hose prior to showering in the bath tub.
