The Space:

Unit 1:

As you stepinside, you'll find a cozy family room with couch and flatscreen TV just off the main entrance. As you continue up the stairs, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light that floods the main living space plus those beautiful, bay vistas. Sink into the plush comfort of the large couch in front of the flat screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of beachside fun. The dining table with seating for six provides a cozy spot for family meals or friendly gatherings. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar with barstool seating for three, making meal preparation a breeze. Retreat to one of the five inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. The primary bedroom features a large king bed, a private balcony with amazing water views, and a day bed with a twin trundle, ideal for extra guests or little ones. Guests will have access to the whole compound (two units) during their stay. The common area includes a shared patio with outdoor dining table and BBQ.

Mission Beach is a popular community located on a sandbar between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay in San Diego. It is a lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with nearly two miles of oceanfront boardwalk, numerous rental shops, and Belmont Park. The beach itself is long and wide with fun waves and is family-friendly. Mission Beach offers a wide variety of activities to do, both on land and in the water. Here are some popular activities:

*Stroll or bike along the the Mission Beach Boardwalk, which runs along the beaches on both the ocean and bay sides of the community

*Enjoy a variety of fun water activities, such as paddle boarding, kayaking, and jet skiing

*Spend a day at Belmont Park and ride the vintage rollercoaster known as the Giant Dipper

*Learn how to surf

Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Please note in unit 2, the air conditioning is only on the 3rd upper level.

• Parking: Each unit has 1 narrow garage space and 1 space in driveway. Not all cars may fit in the garages.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Both units have multiple levels and stairs, so it may not be suitable for all guests.

• Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.

• Pets and smoking are not permitted.

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

    The property was great. It has nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms. We have traveled to multiple cities in multiple states for this event each year, and this is the most bedrooms I have ever found in one house. NXT was communicative leading up to the stay, and they replied promptly with any questions or request that we had. Additionally, a property manager met us at the house to show us around at the beginning of our stay. They were excellent.
