I had high hopes for our recent stay, but unfortunately, it was marred by several issues. We were greeted by Brenda, the cleaning lady, who, to our dismay, appeared quite frustrated as the condo wasn't ready for check-in on time. This led to an uncomfortable situation where she began cussing in front of my family, which my children had to witness. Upon entering the condo, we immediately noticed that the floors were not cleaned at all, which was quite disappointing. Our evening BBQ plans were also affected by the presence of two empty propane tanks. Fortunately, Brenda delivered a full tank the next day.However, things got worse when the hot water heater stopped working. We managed to reset it ourselves, but a few days later, we found ourselves without hot water again. We waited over 24 hours for a repair to address the issue, which was incredibly frustrating.To add to our discomfort, there’s a neighbor who clearly doesn’t appreciate renters. On a less concerning note, I did appreciate the great views. I noticed there were over 10 CCTV cameras on the property for security.Given everything we endured, I can confidently say I would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed with our family and loved the place. You cannot beat the location!

Wake up to dolphins swimming in the surf as you sip on your morning coffee. Very comfortable unit and excellent location for all ages to enjoy. Owner Jim gets back to you right away and is very helpful

This is THE location if you want to be on Mission Beach...and when I say on, I mean ON THE BEACH. This unit is on the boardwalk and 50 yards to the main Mission Beach lifeguard tower. You are within 5 minutes of shops, restaurants and easy boardwalk access to Pacific Beach in minutes. The second story view from the panoramic windows overlook the ocean and make you feel like you are floating above it. Great sunsets and ample room with 2 bedrooms and optional murphy bed in living room. Jim is fantastic and this was a really easy stay! Thanks! We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if back in the area. The interior of the unit was as expected based on pictures. It had everything that we needed. The exterior is tired appearing, like most of the homes that are exposed to the beach and the salt. The host was really responsive.

It was humiliating to stay at this condo! The pictures are not accurate. Living room furniture not the same & is worn & stained, walls are up where there was none in photo. Notified owner of broken chair leg & burned out light in bathroom but nothing done. Entire condo need desperately updating.

The location was fantastic. And we enjoyed our time with our friends. The view was incredible. It is so close to everything. But the description of the beds and rooms was unclear and not what we expected. The king bed is not really a king in the second bedroom. And it is looking a bit run down inside. The one thing that was quite bothersome was all the fragranced products used on all the bedding. It was overwhelming. I ended up with very puffy eyes and headaches even though I used my own pillowcase and towel.

Wake up every morning to an amazing view of the ocean. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious condo right on the beach!

If you are looking for an absolutely perfect beach location this is the place!

This condo has the most stunning ocean view; nearly the entire wall facing the ocean is windows. Full ocean view from the kitchen as well. Two very large bedrooms and two large, spa-like bathrooms. A big bonus was the two parking spaces inside the garage... each with plenty of room for an SUV, not cramped at all! We'll be back!

Our family had an amazing time. Location is perfect for families with kids of any age. Instant access to the beach and boardwalk and Belmont Park is steps away. Host I’m was great, very communicative and quick to respond! We will be back for sure!!!!

This property is the perfect location for the Belmont Park/Mission Beach area. We were able to walk to many places to eat and the beach was right in front of our door. My 91 year old MIL sat at the windows and watched people walk along the boardwalk all day long. She loved it. We will definitely stay here again. The only downside was that we seem to have come a little early to get any sun. in 10 days we had 1 day of sun at the beach. Coming from Phoenix and 110 degrees, it was great to have 65 every day! Thank you Jim for everything!

Had a great vacation with our 3-year-old. Location and view can't be beat. Plenty of house amenities including beach chairs and toys. Garage parking made getting in and out easy. Owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location. Only negative was the sun wasn’t out as much as we would like and no “on the ocean” sunset?. Other than that, we had a great time. The spot was perfect for the 4 of us!!!
