There are four exterior cameras & a doorbell camera. If Renters are found causing disturbances, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately, without a refund.brbrOCCUPANCY RULES:brThe maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests total, including the primary renter & any children. Only the primary renter & guests listed in the reservation may be present—no additional visitors allowed.brbrAGE RESTRICTIONS:brThe primary renter must be at least 25 years old. The primary renter must be present during check-in & the duration of the stay.brbrNO SUBLETTING:brRenters may not sublet or transfer their reservation or allow anyone else to occupy the property without prior written approval.
