Stayed Jul 8, 2023Quaint and cozy little beach cottage just steps from the bay and a block from the beach. Within walking distance to Belmont Park and restaurants and shops as well. All a small group needs as a hub for the San Diego area. The garage was super tight for my mimi van and it barely fit. The parking on the street in front of the unit was quite a problem because it is not clearly marked and people Park their vehicles tight over the lines blocking the gates which open out to the street. That was frustrating for us trying to get out with all of their beach stuff. I was shocked at how run down that area has become and was disappointed in how San Diego is caring for their Beach and Bay. But the proximity to the bay and beach were an absolute plus for this umit.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We had a great time at this property. Its in a strip of mixed buisness/houses in a parking lot. It did not bother us at all because the location is great. It was not noisy or too busy, and we were there for July 4th. The place has everything you need in terms of household and beach stuff. Landlord is nice.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023We spent 2 weeks bayside with access to parks? beach, Bellmont park and lots of food. Stayed close to family and friends too. Overall great 2 weeks.
