Long weekend beer tour in SD. This is a great spot with a fantastic balcony for chillin. Traffic inbound can be tough at certain times but not a show stopper. Perfect for 2 couples.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. Location was amazing, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Loved having coffee each morning on the balcony, and watching the fireworks each night. Definitely recommend!

Great 50th Birthday trip

Absolutely a 5 star property and location!

This home was perfect for us during our stay in San Diego. It was clean, beautifully decorated and close to everything. We took long walks on the beach each morning. There are plenty of shops close and a bunch of places to get food. And we sat on the balcony every night watching the fireworks at SeaWorld. Joe was a great host and very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!

Great location for some R&R! Nice view of the bay and very peaceful. Joe was very communicative about access and once there, we had no need to contact him because everything was very well/explained within the unit. Many walkable things to do/see in the area and it was easy for us to get to Old Town, the zoo, Little Italy, the harbor, etc by Uber. The Old Town Trolly was one of the best we've experienced to get to know the area. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying on the beach in this condo. Joseph was great at communicating directions and answering questions.

The location of the unit on the second floor overlooking the Bay made our stay delightful

This was not the quality of VRBO‘s that we are used to staying in. However, the real problem was that we couldn’t find the parking place that was supposed to be designated for us and we had a hard time getting the door open when we arrived. I called the owner/property manager and left a message for him. Five days later when we checked out, he still had not returned my call. Obviously, we did eventually get in, but the information on the parking spot was inside the unit. Also, we were instructed to put our trash in a certain receptacle, which didn’t exist. Not a good experience.

Fantastic place and location. Walking distance to everything you need or want to do. We didn’t get in our car the entire stay. You have the bay outside your window and then the beach on the other side is just a 5 minute walk. Belmont Park is 10 min walk away. The block where there are a few eateries, coffee shops and market is a 2 min walk. The place has plenty of room for a family, with everything you would need including beach gear. My family and I plan to stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious and peaceful. For us, it was so much better staying bayside, away from the crowds of the beach. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night watching the fireworks at night and kids loved the recliners, watching Netflix at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Joe was friendly and helpful and check in was very straightforward. The parking space was a little tight but still manageable (we had a Ford Edge hire car). We would definitely recommend this lovely condo and would love to return.

This property is perfect for a fun trip to the beach. Nice and quiet location on the bay side with a very quick walk to the ocean. Super clean and the host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
