There is a small functional kitchenette with the basics - a small fridge, microwave, stove top, pans, dishes, and utensils. (No oven.) Plus there is a propane barbecue on the terrace.brbrTV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and many other channels (you'll need your own login credentials). What's more, there is free WIFI and plenty of outlets to keep you plugged in.brbrWe even stock you with some beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys & boogie boards for taking down to the beach.brbrThe studio comes supplied with the basics you'd expect at any hotel like a hair dryer and iron. The neighborhood provides easy access to Routes 163, 805, and 5, and is only a few miles north of downtown. You can experience the big city when you want, while keeping a relaxed area to call home.brbrGuests have sole access to the Spacious Suite (ADU), driveway, and private entrance off the driveway. Guests do not have access and are not permitted in the backyard, main home, or garage.brbrHaving a car is pretty essential. Ride sharing is an option, but can be pricey if a big event is in town. If you do have a vehicle, parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway (reserved for sole use for guests in your space).
