We finished our remodel June 2020. Check out our reviews. So far so good. It looks like it's almost unanimous (5 Stars)! brbrThis is a great location and a good place to barbecue and relax... only 2 properties from the sand. brbrSleeps 5 comfortably or 6 with 2 couples and 2 small kids.. You'll love the front deck with a little view of sand and water with 6 seater gas Fire-pit dining table and all-weather wicker couch. Note* fire isn't working as it corroded underneath and is unsafe to use. Hoping to get it repaired but my contractor wasn't able to so we are working on finding parts. brbr2 bedrooms, 1 Cal King bed and one Queen beds, also a Queen sleeper in Sectional sofa (memory foam). brbr2 bathrooms; 1 full bath and an ensuite bath in the master bedroom. brbrAll bedding, linens, and furniture are good quality. It is clean, disinfected, and decorated nicely with very comfortable beds and furniture. We offer a lot, including all the beach necessities; beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys for kids, and beach cruiser bikes (sorry no small kids bikes). No need to pack much. brbrParking for one car in garage. Free parking on the street. The garage will fit a big SUV but not lifted extended bed trucks. brbrThe coin-operated laundry facilities are shared in the garage with an upstairs separate 1 bedroom unit. That's the only access they have to the house. They also have their own parking space and back entrance (their space is to the right of the garage). The tenant is very nice and keeps to himself so don't worry about your privacy. You probably won't even see him. brbrWe have a card table and 4 folding chairs in case you want to play games at night inside or if you happen to be there when it's raining (hopefully you won't have rain but it happens just not too often).brbrFree WIFI and Direct TV with all the apps you can sign into with our own account. brbrPlease only inquire if you are a small respectful group or family. This is not a party house! The homeowners next door will not tolerate loud music or drunken groups on the deck causing disturbances. brbrPET-FREE ZONE due to severe allergies. The tandem driveway can hold 2 cars comfortably and has a Level 2 EV Charger (Daily fee applies, ask your Host) or you can park safely and easy on the street. br The front porch is ideal to sit, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the world go by. brbrAs you enter our inviting and light-filled home with original word work. You'll find the living room with a comfy vintage style couch and 2 arm chairs, a 55 inch smart-tv where you can log into your favorite streaming services. A large hutch contains board games & puzzles and the bookcases are filled with books for your enjoyment during your stay!brbrAs you move into the dining area, you'll find a dining set for 4, reading nook, breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a welcoming window seat. brbrThe full kitchen is stocked with everything you need. A dual coffee maker (will make drip coffee or use K-pods), toaster oven, full size fridge , stove & dishwasher and kitchen utensils are all available to you. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses and silverware are also available for your use. You'll find the kitchen stocked with coffee, creamers, basic spices and even a few food items in the pantry. brGuests are welcome to head outside and cut fresh veggies and herbs from the organic raised beds garden just outside the back door!brbrThe master bedroom and en suite bathroom, offer a queen size beds, dresser, br and clothing rack. ( Please note the closet is not available in one room.) The master bath has dual sinks, and a rainfall glass door shower and equipped with all toiletries.brbrThe 2nd bedroom offers a full size bed, dresser, small walk in closet, and a workstation ( can be raised to standing) desk & chair, as well as a private door to outside drive way. brbrThe 2nd bathroom has a shower/ tub combo and pedestal sink, has all toiletries for your use.br Laundry (a washer and a dryer) is available for you right in unit in the hall closet. brbrBeautiful outdoor spaces are inviting with a comfortable bistro dining set on the small back deck, dining set for 4 with a large umbrella on the back patio and a gas BBQ grill. brbrAll of the spaces in the home are contain lush plants, gardens & fruit trees all available to guests. brGuests should be aware that docile honeybees can sometimes be found pollenating outdoor gardens and trees. brbr4 guests will sleep comfortably in the 2 bedrooms. Any smoking or vaping should be done outside of the fence and all other drugs of ANY kind should be kept off premises. br☆ If you need something mail to you, please make arrangements to have your package sent to pick up location. You can expect to see Gardeners ( bi weekly on Wednesdays, Pest control ( 1 time monthly ) and/ or Tim ( our resident Pooper scooper, weekly on Thursdays). You will not be notified a ahead of time. brbr☆No pets, sorry furry tails!brProperty is not ideal or ESA/Service animal as dogs on the property are very reactive toward other dogs, but very people friendly. brbrESA/Service Animal policies: br-A $300 electronic deposit is required for all animals before check in. Deposit will be returned no longer than 8 hours after posted check out time to assure no damage has occurred. br- Guest must provide complete vaccination records for ESA/Service animal before check in br-ESA/Service animal must never be left alone in the Casita or on the property. br-ESA/Service animal will not be on the bed or other furniture. An extra cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for pet hair, pet odors, or pet stains found on any furniture, rugs or linens including bed linens, throw pillows and towels.br -ESA/Service animal will not come in contact with any animals on property without a formal introduction and testing of temperaments. If there are any issues, we will all do our best to avoid contact. brbr
