The location was perfect. The house was well stocked and very comfortable

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of ten to gather or separate. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, and umbrellas. The patio is quiet and comfortable. Kevin is quick to respond. We would definitely recommend !

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property over the summer and have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The house is spacious and clean with plenty of room and plenty of sleeping quarters for everybody to stay. I enjoy the bay side as it’s much quieter than the ocean side. Also a huge help for us is the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. As we travel from Arizona to visit and save a ton of room, not having to bring that equipment. The few times that I have had to reach out to the property contact. He has been extremely helpful and responsive immediatel. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay! We had 5 couples who enjoyed the patio, beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bocce ball, etc), well appointed kitchen and close walk to the beach and bay. We can’t wait for our next trip!

Much enjoyed our stay at the Ritzy Beachcomber. The place was spacious and well-appointed, very close to bay and ocean beaches. Owner was responsive and helpful when we had questions. Definitely would book again for a San Diego stay.

We (party of 7) had a great getaway! Got to enjoy some great San Diego weather while exploring what the local area has to offer. Also enjoyed meals together on the patio. The kids (7, 7, & 5 year olds) had a great time!

The rental property was sooo nice and perfectly located next to the ocean and even closer to the bay. My family was completely comfortable with our rooms and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy each other as well as some time to ourselves. The amount of amenities for any beach activity provided was also very appreciated. Our family will surely be back to this property and I highly recommend.

We had a great time, the property is awesome and great for families. We were visiting for my daughter’s 8th birthday and it fit our entire family so we could make lasting memories. I highly recommend!
