This warm Italian styled flat brings you the feeling of Italy while still being centrally located in San Diego. The condo is a 1,000 sqft dual master, so everyone has their own space and privacy. Accommodating 4 people, one bedroom has a Queen bed and the other has a Full. A unique aspect of this condo is that it is a corner unit, so an ample amount of natural light comes in through our living room windows.brbrNote: A rental agreement is required and we do have a $250 cap on gas and electric.brbrUpon entering the condo you will be greeted with warm orange and yellow Venetian plastered walls that make you feel like you’ve been transported to Italy. With warm antiques and artwork throughout, you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door.brbrJust inside the front door, set away from the bedrooms and living space, you will find the washer and dryer. brbrAs you continue into the condo you will see our first master bedroom. This this room has a large closet, dresser and bedside table with drawers. This room has a 4 poster Queen sized bed that is situated in the corner of the room. The furniture is Transitional style with all black sides and wood finished tops. This room has a unique bathroom in that it is considered both an en suite and guest bathroom. There are 2 doors to this bathroom, one inside the bedroom door and one outside the bedroom door. brbrThe guest bathroom attached to the front master is a large bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower. All of the bathroom hardware has been updated to oil rubbed bronze that compliments the colors of the condo.brbrJust past the first bedroom you will find the open concept kitchen and living room space. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, stainless steel refrigerator and an over-the-range microwave. As someone who loves to cook, we have also provided plenty of pots and pans, a Cuisinart and many mixing bowls for your needs. We also often have cooking spices and oils, but do not guarantee these items as some people clear out the panty upon departure, while others add. The kitchen also has a bar with 3 stools so that guests, or those not cooking, can keep those in the kitchen company.brbrJust on the other side of the kitchen bar is our living room. Here you will find a small couch, coffee table and smart TV. We welcome everyone to log into their own streaming services, but should you not have any just let us know and we will make sure you have access to Hulu+LIve TV. On the other side of the couch, you will find our sitting space and dining table. There are 2 leather sitting chairs for enjoying the view from the condo or just reading. There is also a folding dining table that accommodates up to 4 people once pulled away from the window. In the sitting room you will find the door to our patio where there is a rug, chest and 4 outside bar stools.brbrThe second master bedroom is just past the kitchen and shares a wall with the living room. This master has a Full sized bed, 2 bed side tables, a large dresser and 2 closets. The furniture in this room are all dark wood antiques. The en suite bathroom has a small vanity, marble tiled floors and a shower. The hardware in this bathroom were also updated to the oil rubbed bronze to match the Italian décor.brbrWithin the La Vita property you will find a central garden, with water fountain, BBQs, and tables for your enjoyment. There is also a pool, hot tub, gym, and billiards table on the grounds. brbrOn Saturday's you will also find one of San Diego's largest farmers' markets, the Little Italy Mercado, starting only 2 blocks away.

Please contact us to inquire about additional discounts for long-term stays.brbrThe house is complete with two spacious living areas, a large dining room, a sparkling new kitchen with an eating area, three bedrooms, and two luxurious bathrooms. brbrThe living areas provide plenty of seating and space for guests, and each includes a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also one gas fireplace in the home, perfect for those chilly coastal nights. The carpet in this room--known as the family room--has been replaced with beautiful tile as of June 2024. The kitchen includes all standard appliances (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave), as well as a Keurig for your morning coffee and a wine cooler for your evening drink. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, utensils, and basic cooking accessories, and even includes outdoor dining sets to enjoy on the peaceful patio. Two bedrooms (king, queen) include large dressers and closets, and the third bedroom (twins) has a closet with organizers. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The bathrooms each have double sinks, large vanities, and soothing showers (hall bath is a tub/shower combo). The hall cabinets house plenty of pool towels and extra linens, but there is also a washer and dryer included in the home as well. brbrOutside are two sizable private patios complete with a dining table and lounge furniture.
