The main house has tenants and they have access to the pool area in the backyard. You will have access to the gated side yard and the studio space. The pool and backyard are off-limits to you. There is a side yard with a sitting area for you to enjoy during your stay and is private.brbrPARKINGbrOur driveway is available for you to use for one car. Please park in the driveway in front of the door to the sideyard only. Cars can park in tandem.brbrThe Neighborhood:brThe Panorama neighborhood is a very mature neighborhood. It is a quiet community with families mostly residing in the area.brbrOther Things to Note:brQUIET HOURSbrThank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. brbrSMOKINGbrTo keep our home fresh and clean for everyone, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, a $300 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in the backyard (please close the sliding glass doors and windows).brbrPRIVACY NOTICEbrAccess to the sideyard is exclusive to the Panorma guests only. Our staff is courteous at maintaining the highest level of privacy possible to our guests. The yards are regularly maintained by our groundskeepers and pool maintenance staff. We ask that you not disturb the tenants living in the main house. They are not the hosts for your stay.brbrInteraction with Guests:brYou will get into the house with a code for the front door lock.
