Stayed Dec 26, 2025This home is perfect for entertaining and family meals.Spacious kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, and patio overlooking the pool. The home is well stocked with towels, extra bedding, and soaps. The primary bedroom bathroom / shower is one of the best features.We only used the hot tub, here in December, it was clean and well heated. Although this home offers a lot of space, the furniture & beds were not that comfortable. I think each room needs a mattress update. I would recommend this location for a summer stay and plenty of room for kids. We enjoyed the Redding area.

Stayed Aug 4, 2022Overall, we had an outstanding experience. The house was perfect for a large family reunion of all ages. There were only minor issues that we were able to resolve like no additional toilet paper supplied, BBQ grill had been used and not cleaned (used charcoal not removed), hot tub controls were not completely functional. It appears that the previous guests left so much trash that trash collectors didn't take it. But we had a great time and would come back again!
