The house can accommodate 10 guests ( a maximum of 8 adults; 2 or more of the 10 must be children 12 years old and under). brThe Villa Dunes has a total of 4 bedrooms; 3 in the main house (the Master Suite with a King Bed, Large bathroom with Tub and separate shower; a 2nd bedroom with Queen Bed and a 3rd bedroom off the pool with its own private entrance, King Bed, mini kitchen and bathroom with shower. The 4th bedroom is in a 360 sq ft private Casita with its own bathroom with a corner tub and separate shower. There is also a Queen pullout in the rec room for the kids.br The Villa has a total of 4-1/2 bathrooms, 2 with corner tubs; 2 showers have side and overhead showerheads. There is a total of 7 flat screen TVs, one with a 54 inch screen. The Rec Room has a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, a Soprano pinball machine $1/game), and more!. The magnificent pool has a beach entry, swim up bar, slide, and a 130 foot river that wraps halfway around the house. Please do not mistake this river for a lazy river. It does not move. You can paddle down it in your innertube however. Pool is heated to 84 degrees on arrival; no pool heat on morning of departure; but you can use the spa.br The spa is in a cave with a waterfall and slide from the top of the cave. The beautiful covered patio has a built in BBQ, stove top and mini fridge, a great dining table that seats 8 and an outdoor fireplace to enjoy on chilly nights. There is also a sauna!
