Well-designed & modern villa with patios, pool & hot tub - walk to downtown

Time by the pool was quiet. Shops and restaurants close by.

Loved our stay! Beautiful condo with a stunning garden and a peaceful pool area that felt almost private. The landscape was meticulously maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway in Palm Springs!

Love the location. Quiet and clean. Only issue is patio isn’t really that useable. Dirty and hard to keep the leaves and needles blown from winds off the patio. The patio and furniture could use a major power wash. The bathrooms are very small with no countertops so those need updating.

The neighborhood and amenities. The bathrooms could use updating but everything is so clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. A very pretty house with comfortable beds!

Loved staying at this MCM villa while we were taking a break from our midwestern winter. Palm Springs is noted for its abundance of Mid-Century Modern Architecture, and this place was designed by one of the areas noted Architects, William Cody. The property is very well-maintained and preserved, and the landscaping is beautifully maintained. Unit was very well appointed, and completely furnished in MCM decor, down to the accessories. The kitchen we extremely well-equipped, as well. Unit has its own washer/dryer, which is handy. The pool area is EXCEPTIONAL, and the pool was heated to bathtub warmth. We swam several times, despite air temps in the 60's. A lovely, gated and very quiet property, as most of the units in this complex seemed to be Owner-occupied by couples over 50, which suited our group perfectly on this trip.

Property was well maintained. We always enjoy our stay here. If you want quiet and reflection this is the place.

I have stayed in this property several times in the past and I am always happy to return. Great location, nicely appointed and beautifully landscaped property.

This condo was as described on the listing. It was very clean upon checking in and also very orderly. My only suggestion to the owner would be to have a USB charger next to beds on both sides. I had an power pack so I was able to charge my phone at night but if I didn't it would not have been possible to easily charge my electronic devices in the same room. Other than that one issue the unit provided us with a prefect stay. Oh...and the ground and pool are spectacular!!!
