Savor enchanting days by the swimming pool, relaxing in the hot tub, sunbathing on loungers or directly on the wood deck, and plunging into the scintillating waters.

To entertain you can play some bocce ball, corn hole or If you’re looking for more high-tech entertainment, the sound system and the smart TV are sure to satisfy.

The villa offers four bedrooms.
The master suite is the most spacious of them all and features a superb open-concept bathroom creating an authentic and stylish ambiance.

The Mesquite Golf and Country Club is 5 minutes away, while Indio, home of the Coachella Festival Grounds and Indian Wells, is an easy drive away.
As well as the Mount San Jacinto aerial tramway, which whisks you up to incredible views.

939’s aesthetic is a guide to rest and relaxation with an architecture and interior design defined by clean lines, natural wood, cement floors, and overall stark style. It’s flowing indoor/outdoor space allowed us to stay engaged with one another while in the comfort of the area that served us individually. Watching Netflix from a floaty in the pool, while others lounged on the sofa and/or snacked at the dining table was a breathtaking experience.

This vacation rental is in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests.
No loud music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
