There`s also a local Palm Springs shuttle, which is free (you can find more info online)brbrHome Truths:br- Hot water heaters are instant and may take a minute of running the hot water to get the hot water to the faucet.br- Property faces a busy road so you can hear road noise especially from the master bedroom but it usually dies down around 10pm. br- Neighbor behind us has 1 dog that barks from time to timebr- We are in the flight pattern like most homes in Palm Springs and planes can be loud.br- The pool area only gets a few hours of sun.br- It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.br- The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. The kitchen is very well stocked if you're doing meals in and it's within walking distance of Elmer's and a very short drive to multiple grocery stores. The house location is in a very quiet neighborhood with no busy streets nearby.
