This is a great spot for an intimate, coastal getaway.brbrGet to the beach in 5 minutes, or cruise over to Legoland only 7 miles away.brbrRinse off from the beach in our outdoor surfboard shower and cozy up around the fire pit at night!brbrEach house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath.brbrIn the front house (1000 sq ft), the rooms and beds are as follows:brbr- First bedroom - 1 queen bed and work deskbrbr- Second bedroom - 1 twin over full bunk bed with a third full mattress that can be pulled out from under the bunkbrbr- Third bedroom - 1 queen bed with a private bathroombrbr- Living room - 1 full pull out couchbrbrIn the back house (1200 sq ft), the rooms and beds are as follows:brbr- First bedroom - 1 full over full bunk bedbrbr- Second bedroom - 1 queen bed with a work deskbrbr- Third bedroom - 1 queen bed with a private bathroombrbrIn front of the front house there is a sand pit area with a grill and fire pit and chairs, great for gatheringbrbrIn between the two houses (behind the front and in front of the back) there is a patio area with a fire table, seating, another grill, and an outdoor surfboard shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach.brbrYou`ll have access to the full property, both houses, each with their own code to get in.brThe driveway is fairly large and can acomodate 5-6 cars.brParties (gatherings with persons not included in reservation or gatherings that disregard quiet hours), commercial filming and photography are not allowed without prior consent of the host. brbrWe’re willing to work with you and make your stay enjoyable, and we also need to maintain good relations with our neighbors.brbrAny violation of this rule will result in termination of the stay without refund.

This includes all dishes and kitchen surfaces, taking out all trash from yard and home and placing in containers provided, sweeping all the floors and removing the sand, returning indoor and outdoor furniture back to where it was found, wipe up any obvious spills, stains. We will send in a crew to do your laundry at 10 am on check out day. If there is excessive cleaning and additional fee will be charged.brbr13. Pet, each pet pays a fee, Pets can not be left alone in any room or any part of the house if owner is not there or is sleeping. Animal must be with you or in a kennel when you are sleeping or when you leave the home. Animals panic and cause damage if you leave them in the home even for just a few minutes. No pets on beds or furniture at any time. Please bring pet bedding and kennel. brbr14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Guest further agrees once any payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Guest arrives at rental property, Guest agrees they must inform manager in writing of any condition or listed amenity that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Guest agrees manager has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. We can not predict or control if there will be noise from nearby. That includes any and all civic, street, tree trimming, gardeners, repairs or construction in the nearby vicinity. Please note, even the waves can sometimes be loud.brbr18. The home, as is all beach homes, is run off a sump pump. Do not place anything besides toilet tissue in the toilets, even items labeled as flushable are NOT, and plumbing will stop working. Food scraps should be placed in trash can and not down the drain.brbr19. We will take out your trash cans each week.brbr20. There is a street sweeper the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. Rules are different for each side of the street. Tickets are expensive, so pay attention and do not block the street sweeper. brbr21. No flushable wipes or feminine hygiene products can be placed in toilets. Please use trash cans.brbrbr23. No electric car charging onsite. Use of home electricity for car charging is an additional minimum of $500. There are nearby Tesla charging stationsbrbr24. There is a 42 inch flat screen ROKU SMART TV where you can enjoy your shows from the couch and FREE WIFI access for your internet needs. The unit is 950 sf and accommodates 6 people.brbr1 small dog under 20 lbs may be considered, $100 pet fee applies. Sorry no cats. Dogs must be kept on a leash and no excessive barkers please.
