We will send in a crew to do your laundry at 10 am on check out day. If there is excessive cleaning and additional fee will be charged.brbr13. Pet, each pet pays a fee, Pets can not be left alone in any room or any part of the house if owner is not there or is sleeping. Animal must be with you or in a kennel when you are sleeping or when you leave the home. Animals panic and cause damage if you leave them in the home even for just a few minutes. No pets on beds or furniture at any time. Please bring pet bedding and kennel. brbr14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason.
