This 4-story 3500 sq ft house with over 1000 sq ft of decks has been completely renovated and has professional appliances, gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout, custom furnishings and a floor plan to accommodate both small and large groups. The house is all white inside and out to create a light, airy feel with breathtaking views from all floors. The attention to detail throughout the house is rarely found in an oceanfront vacation home. This home features four bedrooms to sleep 10 comfortably (maximum 10 adults, see below). There are two living rooms, a beach-level cabana and a master bedroom that all are oceanfront with large balconies/patios on every level. Main level has kitchen, dining, living room, powder room and outdoor dining patio. Upper level has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom. Lower level has a bedroom area, a living room with wet bar and deck with hot tub, barbecue and bar chairs and tables. Beach level has a cabana with 1/2 bath, seating area, outdoor shower and patio on the beach. The floor plan allows for three to four families or five couples to comfortably share this exquisite house. Plus, you can enjoy the comforts of staying in a luxury single family home on the quietest part of the beach. There are no homes on the opposite side of the street allowing for more parking and less crowds. The 2nd bedroom (blue room) includes a queen size bed and a twin daybed, a small deck with partial view to ocean, desk and a large closet with dresser and a flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom (red/white/blue room) has a queen size bed and 2 twin beds with a deck overlooking street with a chair swing as well as a walk-in closet and a flat screen tv. Adjacent to these bedrooms is a large bathroom with a separated sink area from the toilet and oversized shower. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties.brbr10. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal and firewood. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items.brbr11. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night.brbrbrbr13. Sorry no pets or service animals due to severe owner allergiesbrbr14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Guest further agrees once any payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Guest arrives at rental property, Guest agrees they must inform manager in writing of any condition or listed amenity that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Guest agrees manager has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, guest agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent. Guest agrees representatives can enter the property once a report or complaint has been filed to investigate potential issue and take photographs. Guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. There are no assurances made about weather, beach, level of sand, water, waves or access to the public beach from the back yard. br Since we have a no refunds policy, we suggest you purchase travel insurance for a variety of protections. Guest agrees to accept the home, contents of the home, beach, sand, rock, ocean and weather in as is condition for the duration of their stay and for the payment amount agreed to at time of booking. Tides change daily as does the condition and appearance of the beach. brbr15. Owner and their representatives are allowed to access and enter the property at any time for the purposes of repairs, inspections ,complaints and delivery of replacement items. We will make every attempt to notify guests prior to any emergency repair, inspection or replacement.brbr16. Guest agrees to protect furniture and bedding from damages. You may want to toss a beach towel on the sofas if you think you might stain them.brbr17. This is a beach community with all the typical nearby activities, close proximity of homes and people. We can not predict or control if there will be noise from nearby. That includes any and all civic, street, tree trimming, gardeners, repairs or construction in the nearby vicinity. Please note, even the waves can sometimes be loud.brbr18. The home, as is all beach homes, is run off a sump pump. Do not place anything besides toilet tissue in the toilets, even items labeled as flushable are NOT, and plumbing will stop working. Food scraps should be placed in trash can and not down the drain.brbr19. We will send a crew to move the trash cans each week, please do not block the cans with your car.brbr20. There is a street sweeper the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. Rules are different for each side of the street. Tickets are expensive, so pay attention and do not block the street sweeper. Car bumpers a can not be over curb more than 8 inches.brbr21. No flushable wipes or tampons can be placed in toilets. Please use trash cans.brbr22 Public beach access is not from the back yard. Do not cross over or climb on rock seawall. Only use public beach access points. This home is not suitable for those with mobility issues since there are stairs. Please note: Mother Nature is a force, We can not and do not guarantee the ocean or beach conditions, tides, waves, beach, level of sand, amount of rock, access to beach and the weather. These are things that change daily. Do not climb on rocks. Only use public beach access points , no back yard public beaches access. There may be more or less sand than shown in the photos. We can not predict or guarantee Mother Nature brbr23. No electric car charging onsite. brbr24. Coastal decor shown both inside and outside the home is frequently updated and replaced. We will always keep the same coastal vibe and color scheme as shown. For example, sofa pillows are replaced monthly. Specific furniture pieces may change from time to time. The only fire pit is now located on the sand in the back yard and there is no longer a deck fire pit as per the fire code.brbr25. Guest agrees not to touch settings on refrigerator. If the settings are moved, the pipes will freeze and the refrigerator will stop cooling. Once you touch settings, it takes 24 hrs to re set a refrigerator and you will lose all your groceries. Do not over fill the refrigerator or freezer and do not block vents with food. brbr26. Please turn off ac when you open any windowsbrbr27. Guest agrees this property in not intended for use by elderly , infirmed or those with mobility issues. Children are to be supervised at all times and not allowed on decks or near stairs without an adult supervising.brbr28. The garage has parking for two cars.

There can and will be erosion from waves in the back yard from time to time and again, this is beyond our control. For beach and ocean access there is a ramp about 75 feet north. We recommend a fun walk to the big sandy beach up around the pier area as a great place for boogie boarding, swimming and walking on the beach. Guest acknowledges and agrees that the reservation is subject to the specific cancelation policies of the booking channel used to make the Guest reservation. Guest Acknowledges and agrees to abide by the specific terms of the booking channel cancellation policy. Guest also acknowledges and agrees to the strict no refunds policy when booking directly through Oceanside Beach Rental. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Guest is solely responsible for acquiring third-party travel insurance should they wish to do so. Changes made to reservation dates may be requested within 24 hours of booking without penalty. New reservation dates are subject to availability and different rates. Owner provides no guarantee that prices/rates will remain the same. The rate Guest pays at the time of booking is final and shall not be subject to adjustment, modification, or renegotiation for any reason. All cancelation requests must be submitted in writing and Guest agrees to cover the cost of credit card transactional fees, should they cancel after the 24 hour period but still within the cancelation window for VRBO reservations.brCheck-in/Check-out. Owners reserve the right and Guest agrees that any and all illegal activity as defined under Federal and/or State law will result in the immediate eviction of Guest from the Premises and a loss of all rents/payments made by Guest to Owner/Host, including but not limited to full rental payment and security deposit. brNoise Ordinance. The City of Oceanside enforces a noise ordinance, which states that no outside noises or disturbances are allowed between 10pm and 8am. Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by this noise ordinance for the entirety of the Rental Period. If a noise complaint is made, reservation is subject to termination and Guest may be required vacate the Premises with no refunds of any kind. brOrdinances/Statues. Guest shall not violate any ordinance or state law in or about the Premises. The Premises are rented to Guest for residential purposes only, and may not be used by Guest for any other purpose. Guest shall not violate any government law in the use of the premises, commit waste or nuisance, annoy, molest, disturb, endanger or interfere with any other resident, neighbor or occupants of neighboring properties. If a complaint is made by a neighbor and/or the police are called, Guest acknowledges and agrees that Guest reservation is subject to immediate termination and Guest may be required vacate the Premises with no refunds of any kind. brPrivacy/Security. Neither Owner nor Host is responsible for any lost or stolen items. Owner and Host strongly advises guests to lock all doors and windows when away from Premises and at night.
