This is a 2 Master Bedroom 4 level Townhome. Each Master has its own private bathroom. Kitchen is spacious & stylish! Family Room is comfortable and Dining Area has patio balcony right off with BBQ grill. 4th level is roof top deck with views of the Ocean complete with outdoor sofa & bar set to enjoy coffee or dinner!brThis townhome is laid out perfect! The first level is the entry that can lead into the 2 car wide garage that includes automatic garage opener, electric car charging hook-up plus bikes & beach chairs! Go back to the entry and head up the stairs to the second floor. The second floor is nice & open! Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances complete with kitchen sink window that looks out to the OCEAN! Kitchen has an island with 4 bar stools that over looks to the Family Room with TV. Just past the family room is the Dining Table with 4 chairs located next to the small patio with electric BBQ & outdoor bistro set. brAlso on the 2nd level is a laundry closet with a washer & dryer stacked unit along with any cleaning tools needed. Across from Laundry closet with nice powder bathroom with lots of storage cabinets. Head up the stairs to the third level. Third level has both Master Suites. Master Suite #1 has a Queen Bed & TV along with sliding door closet, don't forget also the ocean views! Master Suite #1 has an en-suite bathroom that has long vanity sink along with step in tub/shower combo. The 2nd Master Suite has a Queen Bed & TV along with double closets on your way to the en-suite bathroom with standing shower. Head up the final step of stairs to the fourth level to the Roof Top Deck! Roof Top Deck is great for everything! Enjoy your coffee & morning phone scroll or paper! Enjoy lunch, read a book, don't forget Happy Hour on the bar stools with slim table. The Roof Top deck has an outdoor love seat, table & chair. There is also a slim bar height table with 4 bar stools, along with an umbrella to provide shade if you would like. brThis townhome is located perfectly on the coast in Oceanside. This lower unit is a spacious one-bedroom cottage that sleeps five people comfortably with a queen size bed in the bedroom and two futons in the living room. The unit also comes with a full kitchen and family room. There are flatscreen televisions in both the bedroom and the living room. The unit also comes with a full bathroom with shower, and walk-in closet in the bedroom. The French-doors of the family room open up to the beautiful ocean view and ocean breeze. Enjoy shared driveway and private parking for one vehicle, street parking is available for more vehicles. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions about parking. There is also a beautiful outside shower. Located in the heart of coastal Oceanside, you will find everything you need within blocks of this property. You will be within walking distance from the bustling nightlife of downtown Oceanside and Oceanside Harbor. If you feel like heading downtown San Diego, hop on the Coaster train which is located within blocks of this vacation property. This lower unit is also equipped with a large shared outside patio with seating area and bar, perfect to watch the sunset. There are plenty of activities nearby for the whole family!
