There are five bedrooms with king beds while the sixth bedroom features 3 full bunk beds — perfect for kids, teens, or fun-loving groups. Linens, towels, and all essentials are provided for your ease. A flight of stairs is required to access, so it’s best suited for guests comfortable with stairs.

Indulge in true coastal living: stroll to the sand with your dog (yes—it’s pet-friendly!), sip evening cocktails on the deck with a fire-pit, fire up the BBQ, or unwind in the private hot tub while soaking in ocean views.

The property includes two tandem parking spots in the shared garage, wall unit

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

    I had my dates mixed up, and traveled from Northern California we showed up on the wrong day! But the management company was flexible and helped us into another similar property. They really saved our trip. The roof top patio was awesome and the views of the ocean were tranquil

    The view was stunning! The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked (except for a lack of conditioner in the shower nearest the kitchen and trash bags in the kitchen). The host was responsive to our concerns (nails sticking up out of the flooring in the kitchen, which was especially concerning for our one-year-old and an unexplained alarm going off throughout the house).

    Location was unbelievable, right on water. We loved this house. Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen with plenty of room to accommodate twelve adults. Host contacted us right after we checked in to make sure everything was as expected. We will return soon.

    Property was great set up for multiple families to stay. Would highlight that it has 2 sets of washers/dryers in unit which is so helpful with kids. Only complaint is refrigerator. We planned to eat most meals in but had to throw away most of the food we purchased because the fridge does not cool down to acceptable temp. and did not keep anything cold.

    The property etc is perfect except for the parking. It is a very tight squeeze in the garage, so that was nerve wracking. And the refrigerator door opens into the wall, which is cumbersome. But any little nuisance was more than offset by the gorgeous views and the ideal house setup for our college golf team. The property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend this property (if you’re good at using backup cameras etc.) We would stay there again!

    Location is good - close to everything and house is set up well with most everything you’d need for a large group. We had 9 in our party and everyone had adequate space. The garage is tight - and it’s a PIA to get in and out of. The partition in the garage is not a good thing and one of our party damaged his car on it. There were also no address numbers on the outside of the house which made it difficult to find in the dark. Grill didn’t work so we couldn’t make dinner one night and they were prompt to come out and look at it. Repaired the next day. Overall not a bad place.

    There were seven of us gathered together for a reunion. We enjoyed the spectacular views and spacious accommodations. Great shopping and dining choices an be found in nearby Carlsbad.

    Perfect house with a view. The house worked great with our group. It had the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the hot tub on one of the decks. Easy neighborhood to walk around!
