The Seacoast Bedroom and Sand Dollar Bedroom each feature a plush king-sized bed, while the Bermuda Bedroom offers a queen and a twin trundle, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.

The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxation, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The dining area is adjacent to the living room, making it easy to entertain or enjoy a family meal. The oceanfront balcony is the perfect spot to unwind with a book or simply soak in the ocean views.

This property is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two furry friends, and includes all the amenities you need for a hassle-free stay, such as wireless internet, beach towels, and a BBQ grill. The home is also equipped with a fireplace, ceiling fans, and heating for your comfort.

***Please note that this unit does NOT have AC; therefore we recommend opening windows and doors to allow the fresh ocean breeze in.

Prime Location:
Located a short walk to South Oceanside’s budding neighborhood of restaurants and stores and a 20-minute walk to Oceanside attractions like the pier, the Strand (a popular filming location of the TV-series “Animal Kingdom”) and the Top Gun house as well as popular restaurants including Michelin star-rated Valle. It’s also a convenient 10 minute drive to Carlsbad Village and 13 minutes to Legoland.

We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
