We personally manage every detail and are excited to share this special space with you. We simply ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your very own home.brbr• Sleep comfortably in our new King bed and Queen sofa bed (King and Queen were replaced December 2025 with new memory foam mattresses).br• Curl up in the living room with our crackling brick wood-burning fireplace (free wood stored in the building), new flooring, and a Smart 55 4K TV (with cable). This is a downstairs unit, so minor noise from upstairs is possible (though typically quiet). Also, please be mindful of the 40-gallon hot water heater; multiple or long hot showers won't work. The winter and spring months will likely be subject to different road conditions. Please check the CA Highway site before you start your drive. br• Our unit is non-smoking inside or on the balcony, and the complex is not ADA compliant.br• We love pets, but our HOA does not allow guests to bring animals.
