We personally manage every detail and are excited to share this special space with you. This is a downstairs unit, so minor noise from upstairs is possible (though typically quiet). Also, please be mindful of the 40-gallon hot water heater; multiple or long hot showers won't work. The winter and spring months will likely be subject to different road conditions. Please check the CA Highway site before you start your drive. br• Our unit is non-smoking inside or on the balcony, and the complex is not ADA compliant.br• We love pets, but our HOA does not allow guests to bring animals.
