Stayed Jul 13, 2021The chalets are in a great location, tucked away on a private drive, but close to the gondola for a summer or winter ride up the mountain. Our chalet(25) was clean with comfortable beds. The shower had great water pressure(and plenty of hot water). The kitchen had all necessary appliances. Only slight imperfections were: 1) Some screens missing from windows/sliders, so we couldn't leave the windows and doors open in the evening. 2) Better lighting in the rooms would be good. 3) Carpet could be updated. All in all a great little spot!

Stayed Jun 19, 2021This is by far the worst experience for my family and in our history of traveling and staying all over the world. These cabins, look amazing on the outside and yes the area is beautiful; however the inside of these cabins are very very dusty, the heaters nor the A/C did not work, we did not have hot water running and no one from the office responded and we went with kids, ages as young as a toddler, so you get what I mean when I say we didn't have hot water in the showers. Also, the whole place smelled horrifically, lots of dust hair on the sheets, everything was just not acceptable period. My reccomendation to you to choose to stay in a hotel, pay extra for extra rooms for your family because these cabins do not get cleaned, nor dusted. Horrible, horrible experience.

Stayed Aug 10, 2020The cabin was clean and comfortable. It’s close to many lakes, waterfalls, and hiking places. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I was concerned renting a cabin due to COVID but I was impressed with the level of cleaning and sanitizing they’re doing. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything!

Stayed Jan 11, 2019This cabin is a perfect place to stay at Mammoth. We had 3 couples and 2 friends, all adults. We skied right up to the cabin directly off the slopes. Such a great way to do Mammoth. The beds were comfortable, heaters located all over the house and central heating to keep you warm, downstairs bathroom was newly remodeled and nice, and the rooms had plenty of space to keep your bags close. The kitchen is small but has a full size oven and large refrigerator. Stocked with all appliances needed for the basics. Plenty of towels and toiletries. I would bring a few throw blankets with you for the couches if possible. The fire place was nice and toasty - equipped with all the wood and necessary items. The TV and stereo with surround sound was an awesome addition. The cabin is walking distance to the Mammoth Mountain inn where you can eat at the restaurant/bar and also walking distance to the ski lodge. Just a short drive down to the Village and town if preferred. We were also able to sled around the cabin on the tracks that the snowcat covered. The staff working onsite were incredibly friendly. They provided us sleds and assistance with parking. Overall, we can't wait to come back here. The community of A-frames at the bottom of Mammoth all together was a great experience. Loved watching the skiers from the deck. We'll be back again and again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is the perfect cabin for anyone who loves to ski or snowboard. The cabin is nestled in the middle of the forrest, surrounded by big trees with a large hill next to the cabin that is perfect for sledding. The living room gets lots of natural light and the cabin faces the mountain so you can check out the slopes from the comfort of the living room. The rooms are good sized and fit our group of 6 people perfectly. I can't stress enought how great it felt after a long day of skiing to ride up to the doorstep, take off your skis and walk in to the cabin, take off your boots and get warm by the fire. The cabin is cozy but not small, it is private and secluded without being too remote and it has everything you need. When we were leaving, the staff gave us a ride to our car in the snow cat because it had been snowing. Overall we had an amazing weekend of skiing and a big part of it was this cabin.
