Lovely, warm townhouse located in the Colfax Meadows area of Studio City. Walking distance to Tujunga Village, a wonderful pedestrian district with many sweet shops, cafes and restaurants. The home has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs, the master BR has a king bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. Ample closet and dresser space. There's a washer and dryer in an enclosed alcove in the upstairs hallway. Downstairs is a comfy living room connected to a split-level dining area. Further down the hall there's a kitchen with an office adjacent. There are front and back patios downstairs with seating, and an upstairs patio off the master bedroom with a cafe table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. (The kitchen has both a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.) There are three televisions in the home (living room, office and master bedroom), each equipped with an Amazon Fire stick for you to access all major streaming services. The neighborhood is home to families and professionals, lovely tree-lined streets and friendly people. The house is a short two-minute drive to bustling Ventura Boulevard with its many shops and restaurants. Located close to the 101 and the 134 freeways, it's a short drive to Disney and Warner Bros, and about a 12 minute drive to Hollywood/Paramount. You'll be provided a clicker for the subterranean parking garage (one space) and there's also ample street parking.
