    Great property, great hosts. Very good community with the neighbors. Respect and appreciation and mutual consideration. Just as it should be. The apartment is an ideal place if you need space and privacy but don't want to live completely anonymously. The location is surrounded by lots of plants and trees (the house has a beautiful garden), it's very central (if you want to be around Melrose Place) and very quiet. We slept here with the windows open (thanks to the perfectly installed fly screens). Parking on the street was easy. Annette and Andreas are wonderful hosts who take the well-being of their guests and tenants very seriously. All thumbs up. Thanks for providing us a wonderful time in LA.

    The hosts are welcoming and completely responsive; they are lovely and made our stay most enjoyable. There are delightful lemon and orange trees in the common garden and the apt is tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this to anyone! The location is perfectly situated and permitted us to get anyplace we wanted to go within 20 minutes with many walkable restaurants and shops.
