We are located in a rural looking neighborhood called Sherwood Forest with large mature trees within Northridge. The area was an orange and walnut orchard before 1950. Most of the ranch houses here were built in the 50's on large wooded properties. This is our guest house, it is 865 square feet and detached from the main house. The area is quiet and a great neighborhood for walking. Universal Studios is 17 miles away, Venice Beach is 24 miles away, Malibu is 27 miles away and Disneyland is 62 miles away.
