Please be kind to our housekeeping team by keeping trash in the trash cans. These can be found around our home.brbrViolation will be an addition of $200 (two hundred dollars). Worst case scenario, if our cleaning team determines they need extra hours, materials and effort to keep our home in the first condition you are checked in due to big messes then unfortunately additional charges will be $350 (three hundred and fifty dollars).brbrGUESTS:brOur space can only host 8 people maximum. Having unregistered guests could cause an interruption of the calm atmosphere we hope for our guests' experience. Therefore please allow us to know who we are going to host as well as provide the numbers of guests and their information.brbrUnregistered guests must pay an additional $50 (Fifty dollars) per day per guest.brbrSMOKING:brGuests are prohibited from smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pipes and the funny stuff) IN our property. We greatly appreciate your cooperation to keep it smoke-free (of any kind). You may smoke outdoors (only the legal stuff), however, please keep doors/windows closed so smoke does not go inside. Please use the ashtray (at outdoor dining table) that we have provided forbroutdoor smoking. Do NOT throw any cigarette butts onto the lawn, driveway, or anywhere in the property area.brbrThese violations will result in a $1000 (One thousand dollars) fine on top of our contract, funds are going into removal of odors and stains from the smoke residue.brbrSUBSTANCES:brIllegal substances of all kinds are unwelcoming on our property. Our authorities team immediately engaged and politely asked guests to leave. At this point our contract shall be terminated.brbrCAMERA:brSecurity team has provided protection to our guest and the property by installing two cameras, one located in the front porch and one in front of the garage; the rest are completely deactivated and covered. You will definitely have your full privacy in our home as well as the pool area.brProtecting our guests is a high priority therefore please do not try to cover our two located cameras for any reason.brbrViolation will be a $1000 (One thousand dollars) charge in addition to agreement. Also our contract will automatically be terminated and we will kindly ask everyone to leave.brbrFIRE SAFETY:brGuest safety is our top priority therefore smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are often checked and up to date. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN THE TOILETS EXCEPT TOILET PAPER. Don’t Flush Anything Except Toilet Paper Down the Toilet, especially no face wipes, body wipes, baby wipes, or disinfecting wipes of any kind (even the “flushable” kind), tampons, liners, pads, cotton swabs, cotton balls, paper towels, condoms, etc.br8. Check out time is 11am. Before checkout, please help our dedicated cleaning staff by clearing out personal items, emptying the trash to the bins at the back left of the property, and placing any used dishes in the dishwasher and starting it on Heavy Wash. Soap is available under the sink.br9. PETS - No cats are permitted. All pets must be expressly approved in writing prior to check-in. Non-refundable $150 pet fee is due prior to check-in. Guests agree to clean up after their pets promptly. Poop bags available on request. Guest agree to be 100% liable for all damages, claims, treatments, or needed repairs caused by the pet to any persons or property while the pet is on the property, as well as any and all injuries that may be sustained by the pet(s). This includes but is not limited to items such as furniture, bedding, home interiors, landscaping, and the costs of pest removal such as fleas and ticks. All pets must be up to date with all vaccinations and current with anit-flea and anti-tick medication. Pets may Not be left unattended in the yards.
