A MILLION DOLLAR OCEAN VIEW CONDO

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything is safe there. All people in the building were friendly. The bathroom is small but it is in an old building. The bathroom met our needs. Make sure to follow exact directions for parking. I didn’t park in the right building and got towed. When I got home I reviewed the instructions and attached map. It was totally my fault. The host was beyond wonderful. I was ill the week before and wasn’t going to attend the convention. When I was cleared to go it the day before I flew there. I was disorganized and unprepared. I called him MANY times and he was so pleasant and helpful. The walk to the convention center was nice and close. The restaurant attached had delicious food. I highly recommend this place.

The host did not get me the building codes until late the night before. Was worried about getting code in general. Price was high for what we got. Old building and you could hear everything outside even on the 10th floor. Bathroom was tiny, no fan and shower was poor. Felt like linens were not super clean, old towels. The view was only thing good to be honest. If I had to do it again I would choose a different place.

My apologizes, I normally just skip the review if the experience has been not so great, but in this case I believe something needs to be said. Sometimes a place might need a little extra cleaning, sometimes they’re in exceptional condition. This property by far has been the worst. The communication from weeks before was nonexistent when I had concerns about the listing appearing as though it was cancelled, I messaged the host to confirm and he never got back to me so I crossed my fingers. Did receive instructions from him a couple days before our arrival. When we arrived, the smell was the first thing that hits you. The photographer deserves an award for the photos. The space was actually gloomy, granted it was approaching 6:30pm at our arrival. The bed had a stain of what could only be dried bodily fluids. The towels were not just dingy, they were actually stained a dark yellow and brown. I would be too afraid to wash my car with those towels, let alone dry my body. The kitchen looked fine, but I did not understand the partially used large water bottles. We left after 3-4 minutes inside to clear our heads and grab dinner, surely it couldn’t be that bad, and my daughter who usually just goes with the flow would talk me back to my senses. Well, when we were waiting for our food, she booked a hotel for us. She knew there was no way either of us would get one moments sleep there. The VRBO agent was super helpful.

Space was not child friendly. Windows (that my 8 year old could open) to a 10 story drop were not secured. Had to cancel and find another location. Host did communicate and work to resolve but this space is not suitable for kids.

Few blocks for groceries. Nice restaurants and boutiques in walking distance. Easy access in and out for your car. Nice view of harbor and Queen Mary. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious!

The host was extremely accommodating, quick to provide us with service, and answered questions promptly. The space was charming. The only opportunity for improvement would be to have a full length mirror in the bedroom and another in the living room. There were 4 women staying and only a very small bathroom/bathroom mirror to use. Otherwise, everything was exactly as the photos show. Excellent location nearby the conference center.

Waking distance to marathon start line and tons of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Beautiful ocean, port, and city views!

Place is beautiful. Excellent views and Ken is great host very responsive.

Such a cute little apartment we were so close to the festival we attended and Ken was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay even checked in on us to see if we needed anything more! Will be back again!

Amazing unit!! Ken was there to meet us. We slept great and enjoyed the location!

Well appointed condo, very convenient to the convention center for a work event. Super helpful to have parking, too!

The condo had been renovated and was in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very serviceable. If important the building had great security.
