The kitchen and living area are very open with large windows for great views of the golf course, mountains and the pool.brThe front courtyard has two attached casitas with their own doors and full washrooms. Each are there own private suite.brbrOutdoors there is a pool and spa with a remote on the exterior of the house to control the spa, lights and jets.brbrHidden at the right side of the house are three citrus trees with lemons, oranges and grapefruit. Help yourself by picking some fresh organic fruit.brbrPOOL|SPA:brPool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee).brSpa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER.
