The property is on a very quiet street only minutes from the Village of La Jolla with it's designer shops, galleries, and award winning restaurants. We are blocks away from the Pacific Ocean and the Bird Rock business district; restaurants, boutiques and cafes, including Bird Rock Coffee Roasters awarded Best Coffee Roaster in U.S.A.brThe property is adjacent to a green belt, and we are on a very quiet street, yet close by to all La Jolla and San Diego attractions.brbrThe Guest House features wood floors throughout. There are two rooms, one with a California King and top of the line fold-down Queen futon, and the other room is a living room in day and a bedroom at night with top of the line fold down Queen futon and raised 28' platform Day bed.
