Location is fabulous, Cathi was responsive and proactive and accommodated our needs ahead of time for the children excellent communication and we thought the apartment was beach view but it wasn't the case as its facing the opposite side however the apartment was steps away from the stunning view, enjoyed our stay

Great location, great property, great host!

Cathie was prompt and courteous with all communication. Prime location, very spacious and quiet condo. Appreciated some of the extra amenities such as sand chairs and sand toys!

Everything went very smoothly. Had no issues. Unit was really nice. We enjoyed the stay.

Clean and well furnished with an accommodating host only steps from La Jolla Cove. The assigned parking spot is a great addition in such a popular spot for beach goers and sunsets.

Our host was very receptive to any questions we had, which were not many at all. The condo is super clean and the location cannot be beat. We enjoyed sitting seaside most days and soaking up the sun. At nights where we weren't visiting relatives, we could walk to many restaurants and enjoy dinner. I would recommend staying here to anyone, and truly cannot wait to rebook soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very comfortable, clean, and quiet and the location was spectacular! So happy the we stayed here and hope for another opportunity to go back.

Perfect location, steps from the ocean and a short walk to shops and restaurants, with onsite parking a huge plus.

Close to the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of linens. The host was very responsive and had recommendations for places close by to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely 3 night stay. Condo has great location just across from the beach/cove in La Jolla, easy walk to restaurants/shopping/local sites. The unit does not face the ocean about 1 minute from unit to shore. Very comfortable, clean. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent location, right across from the beach! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The owner was receptive to maintenance suggestions. The house was a little hot without air conditioning, but it was manageable with the windows open. I think AC is hard to find in La Jolla. Thank you for sharing your home.

Excellent villa and amazing location. Very well equipped. It had everything that we would need. Private parking space is a real plus! The balcony faces the rear which is away from the ocean but all you have to do is walk out the front door of the building and you have best view ever!!

We had a great stay perfect location for us close to wedding and reception and shopping and dining. Very comfortable condo for 4 adults to enjoy time together and separately.

This location was perfect for our family trip to CA. We loved being across the street from the beach--beautiful sunsets. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the LaJolla Tide Pools, which is a must of you go. It was also close enough to walk to eating establishments, and it was always easy to find an uber to make it easy into San Diego (we're didn't have a car for this trip). Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious enough for our family of 3. Fans were provided for warmer days, and it was nice to sleep with the windows open.

We had a great stay! Location was great, easy to get to the beach with kids and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including for cooking, laundry, dishes, shower, etc. And the host was extremely helpful! She gave us great restaurant recommendations and was very helpful with check-in process. Would definitely stay here again :)

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very clean and confortable and exactly as shown. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare and serve meals. Owner is very responsive! Location at the beach is superb. Short walk to LaJolla cove and sea lions at seal rock. Also enjoyed the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego which is almost next door and we walked the La Jolla Coast Trail which was beautiful. Restaurants in the area are excellent

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. This property is very clean and comfortable with all the essential kitchen appliances and dishes to make meals for a family. Great location, across the street from the beach and 10 minute walking distance to La Jolla Cove

Loved this condo!! Easy check in and check out. We loved walking to the beach, museum, shops and lots of restaurants. Perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again!!

I stayed here with my family including my infant and toddler. The location is great - right in front or the beach, we walked all over La Jolla. The apartment wasn’t super baby/ toddler friendly as it has glass everywhere (coffee table, tv stand, dining table). The apartment has deferred maintenance and needs some work e.g. several window shades are broken, the dishwasher doesn’t work well, the shower head needs to be adjusted or replaced and the toilet paper holders are broken. There is no bath soap or shampoo provided. The host was responsive to our questions during our stay. It’s a comfortable place to stay in La Jolla, nothing fancy.

Everything was as advertised. The location was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend.

Quaint, peaceful, near lots of spots to eat and with breathtaking views nearby. Great location for relaxation, recharging, book writing and picnics/walks by the ocean.

Convenient location for UC San Diego

This condo is the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation. It is conveniently located across from the beach as well as within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This place was clean, comfortable, and very close to the water. There are only two beach chairs. I feel like the amount of chairs should match the heads to beds. Other than that you have everything you need.

This condo is well equipped, cozy and very clean. My daughter and I didn't have any complaints at all. We failed to look at the entrance instructions and the owner immediately responded and was extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again. Location is excellent!! We got a bottle of champagne one night and sat on the grass watching the sun set. View is stunning.

The condo is very close to ocean in La Jolla, and the main shopping and restaurant areas. Two nice bedrooms. Fans and the ocean breeze kept us cool on hot days.

We really enjoyed our stay here and loved the location - so much close to explore. We hope to return again- thank you!!
