2 bedroom/2 bath Oceanfront with Large yard & Entertaining Area Pet Friendly

Property has an amazing back yard that overlooks the ocean. Access to ocean was a few houses away. Very clean property exactly like the descriptions provided. I will be booking this again in the futue.

As soon as you open the front door you get a view of the pacific that frames the entire back of the house. We spent most of our time in the back patio enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean below. The house has everything you could want and then some. Its in a really convenient location within an easy walk to the beach or town. Parking and access was really easy, Encinitas is not hard to navigate. Bikes would make the access even easier if you have them.

Great place. Great view. Great host. Easily the best stocked kitchen in any place we ever stayed. There is literally everything!

Great property in a great location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked. Plenty of towels and linens. Outdoor area was amazing and house is just a few doors down from stairs to beach. Also the town of Encinitas was easily accessible by car and walking.

This place was a dream! What a view of the ocean, and we loved Encinitas. It’s not far from other popular areas like San Diego, too. The host was very helpful and we highly recommend this property!

The easily accessible, well-located rental was an excellent spot for families looking for quick beach access, a quiet neighborhood, close by coffee shops, and clean/comfortable furnishings. We had a really lovely time, saw dolphins most days, and really enjoyed the outdoor space, it is almost the same footprint as the indoors. We'd love to come back!

Thus house is amazing. The view is truly spectacular!! The bed was super comfortable. We never would hav left except the ideal quiet beach is just footsteps away as is downtown Encinitas with it's great res, and adorable boutiques. The host was super responsive.

Beautiful views of the ocean! Wonderful to wake up to the sounds of waves each day. House was clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Very quick walk to stone step beach. Host was quick to respond. Amazing markets near by (check out seaside market in Cardiff) Hope to return!

Beautiful home and awesome location. You can not beat the view from the back yard. Kitchen is nice with plenty of utensils, dishes, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs etc. Beds were perfect and very comfy. I agree with other reviews in that the bathrooms while clean and functional could definitely use some upgrading. Something to note with dogs. It’s great that a place of this caliber allows pets but the owners do not want them left alone in the house. I do understand why they’d say that but think about anytime you want to go grab dinner, a coffee, head to the beach (steps away) someone must stay behind with the pet. It’s just something to consider. Also, the back patio isn’t really designed for pets to go potty so you’re now walking them through the neighborhood every time they need to go. The neighborhood seemed pretty good with their yards being used by lots of dogs though. Just something to consider dependent on your dog and situation. There are also atleast 2 parks within 1 Mile walking distance that allow dogs and have off leash hours as well. Overall, highly recommend. Great location, view and access to the beach!

This location is spectacular. The home is well appointed, we had no issues and it was a lovely stay. I wish we could have stayed longer in fact. Perfect location with easy beach access. Our family and the pups would love to stay again.

Beautiful property, as we know from two prior visits. Smooth check-in, house was clean and very well stocked. Our only complaint is that all of the knives need to be replaced, not because of sharpness, but rather the stains. This however is not enough to back off of an excellent rating. We will be back (and hope the owners take the constructive advice to replace the knives)!

This is our FAVORITE place to stay in the whole world!!! Just a cozy piece of heaven!

This was a wonderful week of relaxation with family enjoying gorgeous views. We hope to go back soon. It’s a great location with restaurants and stores around. The house had everything we needed for cooking at home. The patio was the best part! Sitting out by the fire pit watching the ocean!

We had a very nice stay for our Christmas vacation. The house was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and on our last morning there we saw lots of dolphins swimming right behind the house. It was awesome! The host was very helpful with information if we needed it and had a fast response time. We didn't have any issues with the house. We couldn't figure the TV out at first because there is no cable. It only has streaming capabilities, so we just watch Netflix and Youtube at night. We loved the location because it was close to everything. We rented a car, and it was not a far drive to San Diego. The parking outside the house wasn't a problem and we had a large SUV. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub which I was thrilled because that is what I have at home. It looks very old, and I would imagine it was the original one when the house was built but it worked, and I enjoyed taking hot baths. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great outdoor space with plenty of seating, tables, views, sunsets and night skies, all with the comforting warmth of the firepit. The constant sound of waves, pods of dolphins and distant ship traffic made the stay even more memorable. This VRBO had one of the cleanest gas grills that I've seen in years. Walkability score was high with easy access to the Beach and Downtown shopping and restaurants. Finally, Prager Brothers Artisan Bread is a must, but they sell out early.

The photos did not lie. It was absolutely beautiful. My mom who is 83 sat mostly on the top patio due to Mobility issues. We sat by the fire pit so we could see the white water. The patio furniture was nice and comfortable. We used the barbecue and it worked great. We cooked quite a few meals and this place was the most stocked I have ever seen. We stay on average of 3 vacation rentals per year. Even down to toilet paper paper towels and laundry detergent. They even had magic eraser’s. The beds were incredibly comfortable and being able to lay in bed and watch the ocean was incredible. Our fur babies loved the place. The back yard was completely fenced. There are 3 flights of steps leading to the main house but once you are in the house it’s all one level. The sunsets were amazing and we did get to see dolphins. We walked the beach as access to stone step stairs leading down to the beach is only a few houses away. This home is a 10 out of 10 and we are already Planning our trip for next year as we take my mom to California every year for her birthday. planning our trip for nextaway.

Excellent stay. Place was perfect. Views were magnificent and very happy with the entire stay. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Nothing beats sleeping with the slider open, falling asleep to the sounds of ocean waves. Perfect set up for a week of relaxation. Such a fun trip with a terrific home base. The house had everything we needed and the backyard worked perfect for our doodle dogs. Plus the downstairs neighbor couldn’t have been nicer. We can’t forget to mention the location. So close to restaurants, etc. Looking forward to staying again.

This property is amazing! The view is incredible and the beach access is a 2 min walk. It's close to Leucadia and Encinitas restaurants and close to the highway as well. The Prop Manager is very communicative. Highly recommended!
