Stayed Oct 8, 2025Property was first class! Beautiful and charming accommodations and fabulous amenities included. Owners/host live on property and were wonderful! Readily available for any questions. Short walk to beach and close to downtown. We’ll be booking again soon and next time, bringing our dog! Ideal location!! Stayed Sep 17, 2025The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The place had everything we needed for our mini vacation great location and within walking distance to great restaurants, cute coffee, shops, and shopping boutiques. We had a great time and Jen was a great host.

Stayed Jul 17, 2023The property felt completely separate from the home. We had the cutest patio, all to ourselves and we felt comfortable letting our dogs have indoor outdoor accessibility while we were gone. The beach is a short walk and is littered with families. There was no hustle and bustle, that summer time beach communities typically attract. Nearly, everything is walking distance. Encinitas has all the perks of great restaurants, beaches, and activities minus the overpopulation of tourists.
