La Cabanita - Pet Friendly!

SAME CABIN, NEW LISTING DUE TO ACCOUNT CHANGE - Cute and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin. Huge patio with a propane fire pit and bbq with plenty of sitting room to enjoy the outdoors. Completely fenced in yard to allow your four legged fur babies to play outside. Just a short walk to the National Forest for mountain biking, hiking, and sledding. Super quiet neighborhood. Cabin is beautifully decorated with a mountain theme. Everything you will need except your toothbrush. IG: LaCabanitaBigBear>
The master bedroom has 1 full sized bed and one twin bed. The second bedroom has 1
queen sized bed. Each bedroom has a tv connected to WiFi and Roku. The living room TV has free
Netflix. High speed internet is available around the entire property so you can sip coffee on the porch
and enjoy the clean mountain air while you browse the internet. There is a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, stovetop hot water kettle, and a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Coffee and tea are available for
you. There are portable fans available as it does get warm in the cabin during the summer, however I
suggest you open the windows to let the clean, fresh, and cool mountain air in. There is a wall heater in
the living room as well as a fireplace to keep you warm. We currently only allow duraflame type logs.
DO NOT BURN WOOD.

Guests will have full access to the entire property including the back yard. Please keep an eye on your children and pets while outside as we are in the National Forest and there are wild animals in the street at times. The driveway will fit 2 full size trucks.

Very quiet neighborhood. Cabin is a few houses down from the national forest.
