The second bedroom has 1 queen bed with private entry.brbrThe newly remodeled, studio style guesthouse includes an open floor plan with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, a large deck with plenty of seating, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring local granite. This apartment is located under a house, but this home is not occupied by the owners when the apartment is rented.brbrWith most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in. brAfter hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.brbrbrAll of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point. brbrYou will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff. brbrAn apartment space with one bedroom, shared spaces, four beds, and one bathroom. The beds are a King and three singles, two of the singles are Bunk beds. brbrThe Bass Lake area does not have public transit. brbrGuests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. This 3600 square foot home boast’s 2 en suite master bedrooms upstairs, 4 bedrooms downstairs, and a full 325 square foot granny nook attached the garage, sleeping a total of 16 people. Upstairs you will find a spacious open floor plan with 180 degree views of the lake. The top floor includes a chef-ready kitchen complete with bar seating and a large dining room table, as well as a living room area and wood fire place. brbrOut on the top floor deck you will find more gorgeous views with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, a gas BBQ grill as well as a Traeger grill and pizza oven. Working your way downstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms with shared jack-and-jill bathrooms, a second living room area with a pool table, a vintage gaming console and an entertainment bar. The lake is only a block away. brbrIf you need anything from supplies to food, Oakhurst is only a 10 minute drive and has major grocery stores, Starbucks, great restaurants and almost anything you might need. brbrIf your looking to do something more adventurous, Yosemite National Park entrance is only 30 minutes away.brbrThe spacebrOur Cabin is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The master bedroom has its own shower/tub attached to the room. We have 3 smart televisions that are over 50 with access to Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime . We offer fast Wifi and a desk for those who need to work remotely. brbrAlexa is happy to play the music of your liking while you cook in our well outfitted kitchen. We have a Keurig for all you coffee lovers! There is also tea and a frother to have foam on you coffee. The couch in the living room pulls up to create a large lounging or sleeping area. Extra blankets and sheets are stored in the chais lounge for anyone who wants to rest on the couch. brbrEach room has its own ac/heating unit and they work beautifully so we have no doubt on those hot summer days you will be cool inside and warm in the winter. In the winter we have a wood burning fireplace and an abundance of firewood to keep you extra toasty. There is also a large covered parking area if you wish to park your cars or a boat.brbrOur bunk room is perfect for kids and we have a bunch of toys to keep little ones occupied. We offer also offer a pack and play as well as a high chair for families with little ones.brbrOur second story can accommodate a small family as it had one king and 2 twins located together with a great view of the stars and lake. brOur master has a king size bed, it’s own bathroom and 55” tv. brbrOur bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, and body wash. There is a table in the backyard that seats 6 so you are able dine inside or outside. We have a gas BBQ outside and corn hole. A custom made Owl box is also in the backyard. We hope to have an owl make this his new home.brbrGuest accessbrThe entire house and yard are yours to use exclusively. brbrOther things to notebrThe Pines Resort has a general store, gas pump, pizza and ice cream parlor, full service marina with boat rentals, jet ski rental, paddle board and tube rentals. There are also some fantastic hiking trails in the area. Oakhurst is only a 10 minute drive away. It has some great restaurants and a Raleys and Vons for groceries. Chuckchansi casino is only a short drive away in case you want to try your luck and have a fun night out.

There is many pet friendly cabins in bass lake sorry if we lose your booking over this but my son is our world . That is located 3 houses away from our cabin . br Launch your boat with out the craziness and stress of having to wait in the long lines, avoid the stressful rush at the public ramps .(that during holidays run out of trailer parking.) You also get to avoid the $20 fee to put your boat in the water and $20 fee to take your boat out of the water!! Can't go wrong with VIP amenities! br ( $200 fee to replace lost gate card , that's literally how much we have to pay for a new one so please don't lose it lol) br Our boat slip is a short walk from our backyard!! (that does include LOTS of stairs and an small incline . ) br ♿️ For handicap accessibility, you can drive your guest to our private marina, park for the day walk down the ramp that has no stairs and be picked up by boat. br Only one car is allowed to park at the marina during the day . ( not over night, you will be towed ) br You must take your truck and trailer out of the marina after launching and move it back to the cabin, or the dirt lot outside the marina gate !! There is a warning sign on that specific door that it is private only accessible for employees, and that there is a camera inside if you do enter. We are like most Americans have security cameras outside our house to help protect our gem , we only rent our cabin out 3-4 months of the year, the rest of the time it’s our private home so we have them up for our security and leave them up during the short rental season. It is nestled in the Marina (deep end of the lake) where you can take the short walk or quick drive to our private marina. At the gated marina, we have a private dock and the complex has beach access. You can launch your boat or watercraft right from marina at no cost. There is great fishing in the lake (guided or non), hiking the Ansel Adams wilderness, Mountain biking the famous 007 trails, or enjoying a day in the sun swimming or every water sport you can imagine. At the end of a cul-de-sac and backing up to a national forest, there is plenty of outdoor activities for the family. brbrInside our home, enjoy fast wifi (100mg down) for movies, games, streaming or work. We have a full size kitchen with 12 person table. Our BBQ is a PitBoss Smoker just outside your kitchen window on the back deck. Our front deck is a sun soaking 800sqft with Teak Lounge chairs for the family to enjoy. We have board games, pin ball machine, card table, ping pong table and tons of other misc things to do. brbrFor your sleeping arrangements, the primary suite has a King Bed, two recliners, and large on suite bathroom. In the birds nest (highest floor), there are two rooms both with Queen sized beds. Our fourth room would be the bunk room down below the main living space with its own deck, queen, full and twin sized beds and a card table. This room is also attached to our movie room and has its own full bathroom. brbrbrThe drive from Bass Lake to Yosemite National Park is 20 miles to the gate and the giant mariposa groves. Once in the park, you can decide to hike there or head to the valley. brbrBecause we are on a mountain, yes, we do have stairs and the driveway is steep. Most people are fine, but the driveway can intimidate. At the top of the drive, there are 23 stairs to front door to be exact. But once inside, you'll never want to leave. brbrAmenities include: fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and dishes, coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, fridge, walk in pantry, two decks with gorgeous mountain views, fireplace, brand new AC/heater, two TVs, free wifi, walk or drive to water.

There is also a loft with two, twin beds. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a shower/tub. The main floor has one bedroom which has a double bed, and it is located directly across from a 1/2 bath. There is a wing over the garage off the main floor which has two, large bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a shower/tub. One bedroom has a king bed and a twin, and the other bedroom has a king and 2 twin couch beds. The bottom floor has one more bedroom with a king bed and a twin over double bunkbed. There is a bathroom across that has a shower. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room with unbelievable views of the lake. It also has a terrific deck off the living room with a comfortable patio set that is great for coffee in the mornings, cocktails in the afternoons, and dinner in the evenings.
