Welcome to Yosemite's Beautiful Bass Lake. Our 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths home is well appointed and a comfortable 2500 sq ft. It is nestled in the Marina (deep end of the lake) where you can take the short walk or quick drive to our private marina. At the gated marina, we have a private dock and the complex has beach access. You can launch your boat or watercraft right from marina at no cost. There is great fishing in the lake (guided or non), hiking the Ansel Adams wilderness, Mountain biking the famous 007 trails, or enjoying a day in the sun swimming or every water sport you can imagine. At the end of a cul-de-sac and backing up to a national forest, there is plenty of outdoor activities for the family.

Inside our home, enjoy fast wifi (100mg down) for movies, games, streaming or work. We have a full size kitchen with 12 person table. Our BBQ is a PitBoss Smoker just outside your kitchen window on the back deck. Our front deck is a sun soaking 800sqft with Teak Lounge chairs for the family to enjoy. We have board games, pin ball machine, card table, ping pong table and tons of other misc things to do.

For your sleeping arrangements, the primary suite has a King Bed, two recliners, and large on suite bathroom. In the birds nest (highest floor), there are two rooms both with Queen sized beds. Our fourth room would be the bunk room down below the main living space with its own deck, queen, full and twin sized beds and a card table. This room is also attached to our movie room and has its own full bathroom.

The drive from Bass Lake to Yosemite National Park is 20 miles to the gate and the giant mariposa groves. Once in the park, you can decide to hike there or head to the valley.

Because we are on a mountain, yes, we do have stairs and the driveway is steep. Most people are fine, but the driveway can intimidate. At the top of the drive, there are 23 stairs to front door to be exact. But once inside, you'll never want to leave.

Amenities include: fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and dishes, coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, fridge, walk in pantry, two decks with gorgeous mountain views, fireplace, brand new AC/heater, two TVs, free wifi, walk or drive to water.

Our family had a wonderful time at this great cabin/lodge for our annual family Bass Lake trip. Fun and well appointed. Nice and quiet, we love this end of the lake! Thank you to our hosts

We recently stayed at this lodge for a multi-family trip. Upon arrival there was an unforeseen maintenance issue and the owner, Gabriel, was incredibly responsive and helpful to resolve the issue. The lodge is comfy and spacious and we spent a lot of time hanging out on the couches and patio bonding. It’s a short drive the beaches on the lake for swimming and lots of hiking trails. Thanks for all your help Gabriel!

We were within a block of our other family member's house rental so we could gather for meals (at their place) and spend an afternoon at the lake together. It was perfect for accessing the 1/2 marathon. There was plenty of room to accommodate the 8 of us. The driveway is very steep. I wasn't prepared for the mosquitos. ouch.

It was a very spacious house and was able to accommodate my family well. I did not like the stove because it took so long to heat everything up but that wasn’t really a deal breaker and there were too many cobwebs around the house. There also wasnt enough trash bags or toilet paper available for the number of people and the length of stay. The movie theater was a big plus. The property location was great because we were able to visit Yosemite. Overall though I would recommend this place. It was a quiet and clean neighborhood and we all enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time up in Bass Lake. It is hard to not have fun. The house we rented was a bit of a challenge with the stairs and layout, but overall it was good. Thank you.

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is large and fairly well-equipped to easily accommodate our large group. There definitely are quite a lot of stairs throughout the house, but it doesn't bother me. The recently renovated decks are very nice with nice patio furniture and a new smoker grill. The boat slip at the private marina is convenient and a short walk away. Our family had a great time!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 10 of us yet there was plenty of space for everyone. The driveway was not as steep as some say and if you enter the house through the garage there are less stairs to climb. The house was clean and well stocked. Having a slip for our boat was a big plus! Brian was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. We will definitely rent this house again.

Another great stay! Like last year, we traveled with another family (a total of 4 adults and 5 young kids) and this cabin is the perfect size for us. It’s clean and has enough room for everyone to have their own space and privacy, the kids especially love the theater room downstairs. Love the tree house feel among the pines and the quiet location at the end of a cul de sac with the forest at the rear. This year we saw many wild turkeys wounding around the property which was very cool! We love the location and easy access to the lake as well as Yosemite. Also love the new rear deck where the grill is now located, great addition! Another note, the stairs aren’t bad so don’t be thrown off by the photos. When you park next to and enter through the garage, there is essentially only one stairwell that leads up to the main living area.

Property was well equipped. Be sure that all your quest have good knees as the stairs are a challenge. Lots of stair climbing to get to the main floor, which posted a bit of a challenge for my husband who has bad knees. The trash removal is a bit of a challenge as you have to take it to a dump site and when we got there it was closed so we had to take it home! When one of the bags broke, it caused a big mess in my truck. There was some confusion on my part of where to park the trailer, but it was solved by Brian. All in all, had a great first trip to Bass Lake for my birthday!

Very big and comfortable house. We visited with my family and another family with children. The house was very comfortable and big enough so kid noise didn’t affect everyone. I did have a run it with the neighbor down the street because I parked my trailer, on a public road, in front of his house. I guess everything can’t be perfect.
