Luxury retreat with private yard, dock in willow cove, sleeps 12, Pet Friendly

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we will stay again. Beautiful home, stocked well, lovely backyard and once in the house NO STAIRS.

This Bass Lake house is absolutely amazing! This is the 2nd time our family has stayed here and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Bass Lake. The pictures do not do this house justice because it looks even better in person. The owners of this property are amazing as well and are very responsive to any questions their guests may have.

My family of 6 adults and three children stayed at this lovely home in August 2025. It is a beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed house with a nice backyard for kids' play, grilling, and ping pong. Each of the three couples had their own bedroom and bathroom, and a 4th bunk room will sleep four kids, or two adults and two kids. (Bottom bunks are full-size.) Being up against the hillside allows for excellent wildlife viewing! The first morning, we saw a gorgeous buck on the hill. The next evening, a young brown bear came to check out the BBQ area. And last, we saw a big black bear and many other woodland creatures. The hosts were very responsive to our questions by text. The house was within close driving distance of Falls Beach and the town of Bass Lake. We also visited Yosemite, only a 30-minute drive to the south entrance and Mariposa Grove at Wawona. We had a great time on pontoon boats, and the dock was convenient for pick-ups and drop-offs; however, parking is challenging. The home is in a quiet, peaceful, and excellent neighborhood for relaxing at the end of an active day. We highly recommend this home for your vacation if you don't need to be within walking distance of the lake. BTW, you can identify the rooms by the beautiful artwork. The master (king bed w/onsuite & soak tub) has a horse and a steer picture, the mini master (queen w/onsuite/shower) has a fawn picture, and the third bedroom (queen w/bath tub & shower across the hall) has a bear picture.

Great home and would rent again. **If renting because of slip it is in a spot with really zero parking. They’re building a huge mega mansion near the entrance and trucks take up the parking. There are also ‘no parking’ signs posted. We parked anyway but we didn’t stay weekend when it’s taken over by golf carts and you’d be stuck.

We had such a wonderful time in Bass Lake and this place is absolutely amazing! It was stocked with everything we needed and fit our two families perfectly. Great location and the boat slip access was awesome as well. I’d highly recommend staying here to anybody looking to go to Bass Lake!

This property was great for a family stay of a week (6 adults, 3 children (9, 6, 4). Very nice layout for the group, with ample room for everyone. Photos were exactly how it looked. Great kitchen and family room. The backyard is super, with covered patio, nice grass area, and a ping pong table. Hosts were super responsive. There was a slight issue that they fixed right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Home was clean and updated. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were nice as well. Well stocked with games, movies and books. We enjoyed our stay at Bass Lake.

We stayed with our kids and grandkids for a long holiday weekend, it’s a wonderful place for family! The owners were very responsive and kind, the home was large, very clean and comfortable for all 11 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked. The grandkids really enjoyed the bunk room and the giant beanbag.The highlight of the long weekend was going to the snowpark near Fish Camp, all the grandkids had a blast!We have stayed at Bass Lake before 3-4 times and this is by far the best home we’ve rented! This is a great place to stay for a large family/group of friends. Location is excellent and owners are very responsive. Have stayed at Bass Lake for 30 years - this is one of the best places to stay!

What a wonderful home in a gorgeous setting. Close enough for a day trip to Yosemite, easy short drive to the boat slip and great local restaurants. The kitchen and outdoor area were perfect for family dinners and outdoor fun. Hope to return :)

Beautiful home with ample space for our 2 families. Quiet and peaceful location conveniently located by short drive to shops and restaurants. Loved that there was a boat slip for our use. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need.

Beautiful home with dock access for your boat or sea doo. We had a lot of fun in the backyard with the family. We will be back next year for another family vacation.

It was perfect! Being from Fresno, the drive was short so more time to play! The house is beautiful, clean and family friendly. We just brough our own food & clothes, everything else was there! We spent 1 day at the lake and the rest of the time at home enjoying our staycation. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Thank You!
