You can hear the sounds, smell the mist and enjoy the views of this one of a kind California Cove called Avila Beach. Super clean and comfortable for up to 6 people. brbrWe are only a few blocks from all of the Avila downtown action, yet we are still out of the crowds and commotion. Great for relaxing when you want to chill at the house, but still only a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. brbrWe offer three off-street parking spots which is critical on most every weekend. brbrFrom the downstairs master bedroom there is a courtyard under the ocean side deck, great for storing bikes. brbrThe home was refreshed in March 2026 with several upgrades, including three new mattresses, updated primary bedroom furniture, new dining furniture, a new BBQ, two new patio chairs on the deck, and new carpeting.brbrIf you are looking for a great stay in 4 star quality, our beach house is the place to be.
