Luxury Avila Beach Condo, roof top patio = couch, heater, fire pit & hot tub.

This condo was perfect for my family. We loved the two levels as it allowed the girls to feel like they had their own little space downstairs as we hung out upstairs. Very spacious for a family of four and a hop skip and a jump to the shops and beach. Our daughters loved the time in the jacuzzi after a day at the beach. Great place to make memories.

This was a really lovely, cozy, and clean condo that had everything we needed. Perfect for kids to have their own retreat downstairs, plenty of room to hang out together upstairs. Loved having the hot tub on the roof. Awesome location, a short walk to the beach past the cute shops and restaurants in Avila. Also spent time in SLO, a short drive away with lots to do. Made some fun family memories we will never forget! Hosts are super responsive, friendly, and willing to help with any questions we had. Thank you to Jeffrey and Debbie for a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to come again sometime!

Everything was wonderful!

Beautiful condo stocked with everything you could need. Beds were very comfy, tons of room, and we loved the hot tub.

This is our second time staying in this lovely home. It’s very clean and within walking distance to the beach.

Beautiful location but unfortunately there was building construction close to condo. Also jaccuzi service man had to go into the condo and up stairs to balcony twice while we were there. The noise and privacy issue was undesirable.

Two story unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location for walking into town was excellent, good parking opportunities. Owners very responsive. Only issue was loud noise coming from hot tub on rooftop deck but was easily remedied by turning the unit off after communication with owner. Did not use rooftop deck. Was disappointed there was no view. Overall highly recommend you cannot go wrong if Avila Beach is your chosen destination.

Everything was just as advertised! All the amenities of home plus more! The rooftop fire pit and hot tub were a nice touch. The layout of the condo and the attached garage were very convenient as well.

Loved staying here for the second time. Debbie does an amazing job making things easy and comfortable for our family. We will be back again!

Beautiful property great hosts

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. I booked it for my family, and my parents absolutely loved it. The place was nicely decorated, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Very clean and had all the amenities you may need for your stay. Roof top hot tub was very nice. The bed rooms were very comfy, however the pull out beds were just ok-all was very clean though. Parking was a little tight just as describe. They are also doing construction across The way which makes for a noisy time-no fault of the property just more an FYI. So close to downtown Avila and great beach chairs and toys. Overall it was a wonderful stay!!

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Clean and well organized, we appreciated the great instructions for parking, etc. The rooftop deck and hot tub were highlights.

My family and I loved our stay at this amazing home in Avila Beach. The home was a short walk to all the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Loved the cleanliness of the home, the new modern layout, and the spa with the rooftop view. We will definitely be coming back next time we stay in Avila.Make sure to bring a compact vehicle if you plan to park in the garage, it was a very tight fit for our minivan.

Condo had everything we needed for a weekend away while visiting our daughters at Cal Poly. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners in and we really enjoyed the sunset from the rooftop deck. Thank you

Walking distance to Avila Beach, and one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in - very clean and well-equipped. Easy check-in and helpful hosts. All in all, a 5-star experience.

Such a nice, clean, well organized and thought out property. So easy to find annything and operate everything thanks to the wonderful organization by the hosts. They had EVERYTHING we needed and more. A wonderful location, quiet and safe. Made traveling with 2 small kiddos a breeze. Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to everything. Great weather. Updated amenities. Very nice place. Owner was amazing and very hospitable. Only complaint was tight parking for a full size SUV. Not a big deal at all. Thanks again. We will be back!

House is so modern and up to date with everything you could possibly need for a very, very, comfortable and relaxing stay. Owners communicate very well and us gave a bag of pistachios as a welcome gift, that were delicious. Thanks Jeff and Debbie
