Stayed Apr 8, 2025The unit was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening by the fire pit. Highly recommend.

Stayed Aug 19, 2024We had a lovely stay at this property. The decor was nice and inviting and the place very clean, but I encourage the owners to invest in more comfortable living room furniture. We were not able to enjoy the outside fire pit because of all the tree droppings on the outdoor seating (too messy) and bird droppings on the outdoor table. But we were there to really enjoy the beauty of Avila Beach and that was definitely a success.
